In addition, frequent power cuts can affect the overall comfort, especially during the evenings. Overall, it’s an average option — good for cleanliness and hospitality, but with room for improvement in food pricing, location convenience, and handling of power supply issues.

We stayed here for 1 day and the experience was very nice. Neat and clean rooms, good surroundings and good food!

Had a fantastic stay at sea shell resort Guhagar….The room and toilet was clean. The food was absolutely delicious specially fish, they served fresh and tasty fish thalis. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Very well maintained. The property is absolutely clean . Food is nice fresh and purely home made. The staffs are very caring. But The host Mr Nitin deserves an applause 👏 for his gentle nature and hospitality. The only drawbacks are expensive transportation charges. To reach this place from Chiplun is costly affair. And there are non metered auto Rickshaws if you want to move aronund in Guhagar town. This is an ideal place who are coming with their own vehicle arrangements.

The location is extremely contested Rooms are average no proper parking space food rates are over priced as compared to the quantity they serve not at all hospitable will not recommend

We came across this place on MMT & decided to stay there for its close proximity from Guhagar beach. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the place. As our aim was fulfilled to take a break from the city noise & have a silent retreat. Sea shell staff is potile & helpful in all possible ways. We also enjoyed the key breakfast dish called AMBOLI (Must Try). I would recommend this place for someone who is looking for a stay away from the hustle of the tourist crowd & expecting homely food in Guhagar. 👍

The hospitality was exceptional, and the food was a highlight of our stay. We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation and the delicious meals served---- A big thanks for making our stay so comfortable. The beach was also very close just at 15 minutes walk. Would love to visit again with family.

Guhagar's hosts were really kind and helpful. The quality of food provided by them was excellent. The home stay was very well maintained and was nothing less than a resort.

Stayed here for one day with my family. The location is close to the beach. Rooms are clean. We stayed in semi deluxe category which was equipped with an AC and common Gallery view. The Khanvilkar Family is so sweet that within a few hours I felt like staying at a relative's place. Little Riddhi gelled so well with my 2.5 year old son. Breakfast and lunch was amazing. Hope to re-visit this hotel as promised to Riddhi.

The sea shells homestay is really very comfortable cozy. Rooms are very good. The host is very eager to receive guest, very caring. Their staff is also prompt and very good service given. Simple maharashtrian veg thali was excellent. Definitely recommend for family stay.

Good hygienic and spacious rooms. Friendly hosts and good service. They are planning to start food service soon. Has plenty of trees in the premises making it a very pleasant stay. Beach is around 1 km and walkable. Overall a very good experience and value for money.
