family with 1 kidGood part of this property is: This property is located exactly on Gokarna sea shore. Near to Ganesha & Malikarjuna temple. From balcony you can view beach. But property is not clean, no proper stairs to claim. Most importantly you will not get hot water even upon requesting multiple times. Even bathroom fittings broken or leaking.

Don’t expect very premium interiors, it’s basic room with ac which is comfortable. Location was perfect near to temple and beach.

Shabby place with zero maintenance

We travel-led as a family of 4 & reached by 8am. We had already informed the owner about the same that we would reach a little ahead of time. Although we were assigned our rooms within 15 mins of wait, once we checked the rooms they were the shabbiest possible ever. Cobwebs all around the ceiling, bedsheets, towels were the dirtiest. Rooms were stinky &constantly smelt. Someone arrived 10 mins later who did some basic cleaning upon request but it still did not help entirely. We had no other choice but to leave the very same day inspite of paying the full amount of 2 nights well in advance.

coupleI stayed in there with my wife for 2 nights and it does t worth the cost which i have spent. It only have beach front advantage and rest all is worthless. It is located exactly at place where the main sewerage canal of gokarna merges in the sea. As it is very near to main beach of gokarna and u have no privacy. Service at restaurant is not good and food is awkward. The rooms are full of cobwebs. Parking is very small and luxury in the premises as it is always filled. .

Narrow approach road. Location is sea shore. One can enjoy the beech environment. Limited choice food is available. Morning tea served at 8. 30 am. Till then no service. Steel steps to first floor is inconvenient. Enjoyed sun set and morning walk in beech. Food we have taken out side. Safety measures are not much.

A peaceful stay

The room and the bathroom was very clean especially for me who is very particular about cleanliness. Every food dish we tried were great. The area was peaceful and it gave me a chance to witness the lives of the fishing community as there was a cove of sorts right in front of the hotel. The staffs were very polite and accommodating. Would love to stay there again if i plan to visit gokarna again )

We stayed for 2 nights. Location is best, food is good and hygiene and cleaniess is average. The staff and manager are very care taking and polite. At evening and night, the views of sea and beach from this resort is spectacular. As this property is located very near to sea, so the rent is somewhat higher than other properties.
