The rooms are priced much higher than comparable Sea Star Resorts given their size. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was really small. Complimentary buffet was included and the spread was ok. The front desk was very machine like and could add a little more smile while dealing with guests. Room requires some maintenance specially in the restroom plumbings. It's a pet friendly Sea Star Resort and a huge plus for dog lovers who want to carry their pets fora holiday. The Sea Star Resort is located on one extreme side of mandarmoni (near sana resort) and the last stretch road was in bad condition. Like most Sea Star Resorts in mandarmoni, beach was easily accessible and one can sit on the Sea Star Resort facade and enjoy the sea view. Both dining and room service was available and again the food was decent. Tandoori was not operational and some staple items were starngely unavailable e. G. Dal makhani, hilsa. Complimentary tea/coffee maker is provided with daily refills. Overall a decent stay, but they need to add guest engagement programs as virtually, one is confined to the Sea Star Resort only due to the location at one extreme side of the beach

Staying in sea star resort was an awesome experience i had, the view from the room was beautiful, in the evening we were relaxing on the chairs and feeling the sea breeze and if you get people serving you tandoori kebabs, tea the level of your enjoyment increases and that what happened with us, the staff behaviour was very good, they were keeping assured that their guests should feel like home. You will get a call for breakfast when it will be ready, for lunch they will call you if you want to order food or not. These small small guestures from them, made us feel like we took a great decision to stay in this resort. Thank you sea star resort staff for making our stay so pleasant.

We had a very comfortable stay at sea star resort. What we liked about this Sea Star Resort is the view from the platinum room, cost of food items are also moderate, the beach view from the resort. The room service charge is prompt and comes with a nominal additional charge of 10. No bar menu in the resort, but they will arrange and bring from outside. Staff behaviour is also polite. I will definitely recommend this resort. Only thing which i disliked is the white bed sheets and the towels were not that much clean and visible stains were present. But overall nice and wonderful experience

A remotely located almost isolated resort with neat rooms elegant architecture (unlike other competitors) and extremely well behaved staffs. Food is also nice to say the least. Pool lovers might be disappointed a little bit as the pool is too small(they have assured that we might see a bigger pool coming up in the near future though. If someone is not into the cacophony of loud obnoxious hindi remix music and inebriated imbecility, then they should definitely consider this one on the early week days(weekends are an absolute no no.

The Sea Star Resort has a fantastic location and great landscape and one of best on beach resort of mandarmani. The room was great and has an amazing sea view. Staffs were very helpful and polite. Food is also very good.
Staffs were not wearing any mask which should be a mandate for safety of themselves and the visitors. Otherwise the Sea Star Resort is very clean and proper sanitization of the rooms were done before entry

We enjoyed our stay at this resort a lot and i must say that the service offered by this resort is prompt and excellent. We had booked deluxe rooms and executive cottage and both were very spacious with elegant decoration. Their in house restaurant also serves quality food. Special thanks to mr. Tapan who took extreme care of our each and every needs and was very courteous and attentive. This is a must recommended place!

The Sea Star Resort stay was pretty good. The staff named sundar is very polite and helpful. However there is too much restriction on check out time. Our check out time was 11 am but they started giving reminder from 10 am. Knocking the door to remind check out timing is quite annoying. They should keep some margin of 25-30 mins on check out timing. Rest all is fine and delightful.

Resort is beautiful, clean and maintained. Food is excellent. Rooms are very clean with all amenities. Sea view is excellent.

Excellent n well maintained property with all required facilities. Staff is cooperative & well mannered. The location provides direct access to the beach. It's one of the best places to visit if you want to spend some quality time in the beach (that was our purpose. So we had a wonderful time.

My stay was pleasant at sea star.Being very near to beach ,one can enjoy it just by walking a little.Food quality was also bu a little on higher side.

The checkin was smooth, cooperative staff, amazing food, and a wonderful place to enjoy your beachside vacation. However, the breakfast buffet could have been better at the price they charge.

Clean rooms, good ambience and big rooms. The only thing i wanted to mention that service staff needs to be work on customer service.

Great resort. The sea view was amazing, so was the resort. The hospitality we received from the staff was really satisfying. Rooms were good, well thought out, clean. Food needs a special mention whatever we had was really delicious kudos to the chef. Only the main road leading to the resort is in very poor condition needs to be fixed.
