Sea View Beach Resort

While check in they directly asked to inform atleast 2 hour prior for any food order. While giving dinner order at 7:30 they upfront denied that cook left for the day hence dinner is not available. Area is very remote hardly any delivery options available. They do not allow to have dinner in room.

Property was in a remote village 8-9 kms from Alibag, not in the main city area. The hotel did not have car parking as the basement parking was waterlogged. There was no tea maker in the room, the bathroom water was coming very slow. The balcony had a lot of mosquitoes, so had to keep the windows closed inspite of being a creek view room. The breakfast which we had paid with the room did not had most items listed in the menu and we were charged for aloo paratha, tea, curd, etc. Even bottled water was not provided in the rooms without asking and we were charged for that too. The tea which was provided in the room was charged inspite of the hotel not providing tea maker in the room.

Location is ok Food is not ok Ambience is less than average. Only few rooms are sea view. But where we stayed no view at all

Sea view not that great . Issues with food . No selection of food items limited menu. Ccok available only till 6pm so no dinner .

Very nice location of the property and well maintained rooms staff is very polite and good food quality

Hospitality was not up to the expected and does not match with the room charges. Not recommending this place to anyone. Pros- Homely food Walking distance to Naugaon beach Room size and furniture were good Cons- Basement parking was not in use due to rain water and it was very difficult to park in front of the hotel with a very sloppy area. It took lots of time to cook food. You need to order in an hour advance for food to get on time else you might wait for an hour or more All menu items were not available NO ROOM SERVICE We have to visit the dining area for even tea The staff's attitude was not acceptable.

It was a pleasant stay. We booked delux suit with bathtub. The room was specious and clean. Food was nice. Location is good, nearby beach. Staff was good. Overall it was a nice stay. I recommend this hotel.

service for food is very bad . sarwat is telling don't eat food at room come down and eat food hall rudle his telling and left is not working

No parking facility, unavailability of cook delays the food service and unprofessional staff to the price the hotel charges. Even moring tea gets served only after 8:30 am ..not good experince amd I won't recommend this hotel

Nice and Tidy resort. Near Nagaon beach. Helpful staff. Well maintained rooms. Had a peaceful and calm stay.

Breakfast was charged as Rs. 350 per person while the same item was available at hotel @ Rs. 80/-. This is clear cheating with guest who are booking breakfast with hotel in advance.

Stay was nice, the place is small but accommodates all family needs such as swimming pool baby pool play area

Good: Location is nearby Nagaon beach about 5 min walking. Room and TV were good. Bad: Water quality of Bathroom not good and smells.

Location of this property is near to beach like 10 mins walk to the beach (not connected directly to beach but u can walk through). Food quality is also good but they took too much time to cook, atleast you have to tell them before 1.5 hrs before then you will get the food., Rooms are good as per the price.

Food was ok

It was the worst experience and it is not a resort and kind of a hostel/PG with overrated. The swimming Pool was so dirty. And the complimentary breakfast we got only Poha, Misel pav. no other options. They don't provide food in the room. we have to order the food 1 hour before and the wait period is so long. Literally it's an overrated resort.

Property Parking was the major issue. if anyone is travelling via car then u ll be in abig trouble because they have 2-3 card parking in front and they have basement where only two card can be parked but to park the car in basement u dont have enough space to move your car so its difficult for u if you visit by car. Location is good near Beach. But there is no sea via or beach view from hotel. You need to walk 5-10 min to reach beach so don’t get confused by hotel name. Also many thind are not available in room as per images like hanging chair was not there in balcony, kettly was not there to make coffee or hot water etc. Price is very much higher side as per hotel facilities. Most horrible experience is their blankets are dusty and smelling. I would suggest hotel to atleast keep your Bed mattress and Blankets on high quality for better experience & rest for your guest as per the price you charge. Overall Average experience and Bad as per the cost i paid.

Place and location is best. But only problem is behaviour of the person working there staff. And so many restrictions like outside food not allowed and can not eat in the room etc

Hotel is not like what looks in profile , room was to small , house keeping was poor , distance between beach and hotel is to long
