SEA VIEW TOURIST COMPLEX

Room was very average. Mattress were very hard. Bed was also very old and making noise. Mirror was very small. No almirah inside room for clothes and luggage. No view from room window.

First room AC which was given to us was not working and smelling very bad then they changed the room which bed is very uncomfortable we can't sleep properly due to its noise which was very serene.

Good hotel and best service i ever get in havelock And I love it, their staff and all things, and I can see from here the jetty

I arrived at 7:30 PM with a confirmed booking, but unfortunately, they hadn’t checked their booking details due to a laptop issue. As a result, no room was initially available. I suggest calling the property before arrival to avoid such situations. However, the staff were polite and took full responsibility for the mistake. They immediately arranged accommodation in a nearby lodge (since no other rooms were available) and even covered the cost differenc The next day, they provided a room in their own property as per my original booking. The room was good (8/10), and the toilet was decent (7.5/10). Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, I appreciate their honesty and effort to fix the issue.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The place had a truly homely environment that made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Located in a peaceful area in Havelock and easy access to the jetty was a huge plus, making it very convenient for our travel plans. The property was clean and well-maintained, with every amenity easily accessible. We also felt completely safe throughout our stay. The staff were extremely well-mannered and helpful. What really impressed us was that they kindly kept our bags even after check-out, allowing us to explore nearby places without any hassle. This thoughtful gesture made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, a perfect place for a budget friendly ,peaceful, comfortable, and well-managed stay. Suitable for families also.

Theu asked for extra money . View was good people were polite but they charged extra money for ac room and overall it was all good and nice enjoyed there

This is not family friendly. MMT should not offer this hotel for the family. horrible for family members and best for single members. MMT should be more responsible while offering to customer.

Clean rooms but size of rooms is small. no storage closets. Food is not available at the hotel. A cat at the hotel is it's highlight

The pictures aren’t very true but the stay was comfortable the guy who works there. Shantanu is really a very helpful and knowing guy. The hotel is close to the jetty and the scooty pickup place too...

it was So so...... in Havelock there are so many another hotel near kalapathhar beach... it can be prefer

good for visiting and cheapest at Havelock ...neart at jetty and beach for going elephant beach ..and get scooty easily

In the really hot weather I booked AC room , but the caretaker turn off the AC from outside MCB switch and told me that there is no power right now, and this happened over and over again . I went out side and saw that electricity meter was blinking ie power supply was on . How cheap tactics they do😣

The room was very small and not clean enough, bugs were present. Windows were transparent so not enough privacy. Dust particles were present in air.

It is budget friendly stay. Do not expect too much housekeeping or hospitality of great standard. Everything is barely adequate. Can be suitable for backpackers who just want a budget stay. Wifi not in rooms, just only in a small area. No Hotwater in bathroom, the caretaker will give you a bucket after 30 mins of your request (if there is power)

Not at all worth the money, incompetent staff and the receptionist is terrible , very bad facilities

It was a great stat there, staffs were very friendly and clinliness was also good, beaches and jetty were few min away (walking distance)
