Room was clean. Staff were well behaved and helpful. Place was calm and quiet. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good stay peaceful location. Food quality needs to improve and maintain hygiene, out of the city. There is no beach near to this

I stayed in one of the rooms in seagulls, mahabalipuram from 31st august to 1st september to attend a conference. Overall the room was spacious, large enough and a tidy room with a balcony view facing the swimming pool. Campus was well maintained. I faced certain issues 1) the water drain sink in the bathroom isnt working. There is backflow of water into the bathroom which made refreshments and bathing difficult. That was very uncomfortable 2) wifi - difficult to connect thru wifi 3) complimentary breakfast - very very limited in regards to the room rent things felt good about : 1. Friendly staff 2. Location near to mahabalipuram ( 10mins travel by car) overall rating - 3/5

Stay was ok. This property in not on beach side. This is private property converted to rooms. Basic stay, room size is good but not even, there are raise in floor. You enter on hight and then you need to go down and again there a raise on flooring. Not recommended for kids and children’s.

Decent stay little away from bach but it’s ok nice swimming pool they are maintaining very well good supporting staff overall it’s nice stay need to improve toilets facilities they are old

We loved this place. Its a simple resort with very attentive staff. The room was comfortable, its close to the beach (cross the main road. The staff is very attentive and always available. Food options are limited, but food is tasty.

The staff maintained cleanliness throughout the property, it is a great spot for someone looking to stay under a tight budget, adequate parking space is available, the staffs are friendly too. The food might not be that appreciable inside the resort but it’s decent, swimming pool is decent too. Overall it was a good experience

Our stay was very pleasant. The manager and his team were very kind and polite people. Rooms are good, spacious and maintained very well. Cook was a nice and experienced person cooked very tasty food. Overall our experience for the two days our stay was pleasant.

Stayed in seagulls - a small resort with well maintained garden and a small pool. Staffs were very friendly. Served all dishes we ordered. Rooms were very spacious, space for sitting and balcony.
