Location - 4/5 it is close to bus-stops, the highway, shopping areas and food joints. Hygiene - 4/5 the facilities including the room were kept sanitized, spotless, and fragrant. Regular cleaning was done as well. Safety - 4/5 all precautions with regards to covid-19 were followed to the 'T Food - 5/5 this was the piece de resistance. It was authentic, served hot and delicious as heck. There are good options for veg and non-veg. Staff - 4/5 a special shout out to all the staff, the coffee shop attendant, reception, cleaning crew, security, chef and managers. They made sure that we were well taken care off all the time. It made our time really pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and urge you to check it out when there. Thanks and stay safe.

Stayed here for one night. The room was well kept. Required toiletries were provided. Running hot water was available which was great as the weather was bit cold. The food at in house restaurant saffron was worth mentioning. Did not have time to have their complementary breakfast as i checked out early.
