Season 4 Residences, Nungambakkam

Firstly to start with the property location was easy to find and since we had gone for us visa work it was walkable distance from the consulate which was the best thing. Then coming to the room, it was a compact decent room size was neat and clean. Could find 1 or 2 cockroaches but other than that everything was good. The bathrooms were clean, super hot water for bath, brush etc was provided. When i saw the reviews i was a bit skeptical but i just took a chance and i felt it was worth it. Morning breakfast dint have many varieties but what was provided was good and tasty. The staff was very friendly. On an overall i would say it was a good and pleasant stay. Decent stay for a family. Would like to mention that as soon as we checked in the room, we recieved wifi and password details which was a highlight for me as most of the times we had to check and get the details.

Firstly to inform family suite is for only 3 person bed and additional bedding for extra not like 5 person room as mentioned in mmt. Thus had to have extra bedding set for night, apart from this, our stay was pretty decent. I remember reading some reviews that the staff were rude and all, but our experience was otherwise. I would say they had a good attitude towards customers and had assisted whenever needed. For people going for visa process i would highly recommend this stay as it's walkable distance to both bio metric and embassy so no hassle of transportation. For lunch and dinner i would recommend ordering per your choice as the accommodation dinner options are probably as per the area style with idli/dosa only. However, the included breakfast is pretty decent with a couple of options.

The property is conveniently located at prime location. Suitable for a day or two stay with light luggage. They have full bookings and for early check-in elate check out they have a lounge facility (ac restaurant) for rs 250 per head for 4 hours, which includes free kinley water bottle complimentary bfast/lunch or dinner based on the time of the day. You can also buy out coffee, cool drinks etc. The room rent includes complementary bfast. Rooms are convenient with a kettle and material for making tea/coffee. Ac, geyser all worked fine. Room, bed etc are all neat and clean. Note: storage space/wardrobe is small

The quality of room and behaviour of staff was good. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The room is very small and they didnt extend the checkout time eventhough i was ready to pay extra. They said there is no provision in their software. Food arrangements except breakfast was limited and had to order in advance. The policy of no refund and denial of early check in and forced checkout made a loss for me by simultaneous booking in two Season 4 Residences, Nungambakkams. No photos. Ambience not exemplery for photography. Only 2 star property

@ room cleaning requires, definitely improvement. looks like they handed over the keys without proper cleaning before we occupied the room. b) a cockroach was found. positives 1) staff were kind and supportive 2) locational advantage is more than 💯 percent, especially if our visit is related to us visa interview and bio metric centre. ideal location i stayed in this Season 4 Residences, Nungambakkam only on both the visits means bio metric scanning and for visa interview. this is inside their restaurant in the ground floor

Ideal budget stay for 1 or 2 days on work trip. 5 mins walk to us consulate so it's an ideal place for overnight stay for visa interview which was my purpose. Breakfast was hot and fresh and served early. Rooms are fine but bathroom is really small but very much manageable on a work trip when you spend most time outdoors. Staff were cordial. Easily accessible from airport and railway station.

Very convenient location for us visa interview @ chennai. Locality is good and the Season 4 Residences, Nungambakkam staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good enough. Noticed few cockroaches in room which needs to be taken care by management. Even though they are doing pest control activities, the problem still exist. Apart from that problem alone there is nothing to complain. Rest all good.

It is good for people you have visa in chennai. It is literally 5 mins walk from Season 4 Residences, Nungambakkam. They did offer breakfast but, i had interview so we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast. But, they provide you coffee that you can made - it was good. They provide towels, hot water. I think which is great. The rooms were clean.

Our stay was comfortable - the room was clean and good enough for 3 adults. Towels and bed linen were clean. Proximity to vac and consulate was a definite plus. The lunch we had was simple, sufficient and good. The chef's offer for top up was welcome. I'd stay here again, if i get a chance.

Stayed for visa specific related work, rooms. For small but clean, food was limited in quantity but tasty. Everything is good in basic sense including support staff. Don't expect luxury

I stayed there for 4 nights. My son had a visa related appointment at the us consulate. Proximity to the consulate was a major plus. The Season 4 Residences, Nungambakkam was neat and clean.
