Beautiful location but not the stay

The location is nice but the experience could have been way better. Room was average, kettle was dirty, linen was dirty. U had read reviews for great food but what we had is not edible. Overall, not a great experience. More importantly, this is not a 5 star facility... may be a 2 star, 3 star if a stretch.
