Seclude Mussoorie, Winterline

The property location is quite good. Property doesn't have any board on the road which makes it a little tricky to find, though location on the google map is correct. Food is good i liked it. But i feel it was overpriced ex - maggie for 180rs amenities are also very good. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Be it heater or heated blankets. Staff was also very supportive and polite except for their leader. Overall it was a nice stay. I would highly recommend and would visit this property again

Location of property is very good, away from hassle of mall road and crowd. Service of staff is good specially mukesh is very helpful and quick. But rooms lack views and are just fine to stay, property needs a complete renovation to make things up to the mark.

Hotel location is good. Hospitality is also good, however room sizes are bit small, but for the view it provides u can ignore. Try to book blue room that's the best one. They don't have parking, private parking outside takes a hefty charge. Near to mall road.

Property is very good one of the best place to stay in mussoorie and very near to mall road. Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite specially mukesh and shashi kant. But the manager was rude and manner less. Doesn’t know how to talk he was very rude.

Good place, good food and good wi-fi. The bad thing is it was very difficult to find Seclude Mussoorie, Winterline at night. No one pickup phone number listed on mmt. There is no board, light etc to find Seclude Mussoorie, Winterline.

Very nice place to spend some quality time with the family. Place is amazing. Service is really good. Staff is friendly.

Views were awesome. Food was also good. Overall a good stay. Only point which needs improvement is they do not have parking facility and you need to pay inr 500 for parking on per day basis which is quite expensive

The Seclude Mussoorie, Winterline was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. Most important usp of Seclude Mussoorie, Winterline is the front open lawn with sitting. Gives excellent view of mussorie.

Wonderful stay. Amazing food. Rooms were super clean and tidy and very polite staff.

The location was great. Just 200metres away from mall road. As the name says it really is secluded from hustle and bustle.

Good location with nice view but food was average and queen room not up to mark as showed in pictures.
