Lives up to it’s name. It is a great secluded and quiet place with a very helpful staff. Amazing food and this place is just 200 mts away from Mall Road. Really beautiful stay.

I would like to convey my disappointment regarding the quality of service and food during my recent stay at your property. The barbecue service did not meet my expectations, and the tandoor-cooked food was undercooked. Additionally, the overall food quality was substandard, with meals not being fresh and the taste being inconsistent. Furthermore, there was a problem with the water supply in my room's washroom

Stayed for 4 nights, This place extremely overpriced, yellow room has no view or ventilation, the purple room has view but no ventilation, shashikanth and aravind are good staff, mukesh (kitchen guy) is extremely rude, heard him saying “pareshaan kar rakha hai”.he forgets the order and brings it after 2 hrs after reminding him. Although the name is seclude, mostly bunch of guys were sitting with hukka and drinks in the common area, and it gets uncomfortable to sit around as the common area is pretty small, not a place to travel with kids, there is no parking space, the maggie cost 180 rs, highly overpriced and average food.

Poor Stay

Service was so poor that when we were checking out at 8.15am .. there was not even a single staff who can carry our luggage. We ourselves lifted our luggage from the steep staircase.. not recommended..

familyProperty is very good one of the best place to stay in mussoorie and very near to mall road. Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite specially mukesh and shashi kant. But the manager was rude and manner less. Doesn’t know how to talk he was very rude.

coupleThe property location is quite good. Property doesn't have any board on the road which makes it a little tricky to find, though location on the google map is correct. Food is good i liked it. But i feel it was overpriced ex - maggie for 180rs amenities are also very good. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Be it heater or heated blankets. Staff was also very supportive and polite except for their leader. Overall it was a nice stay. I would highly recommend and would visit this property again

Hotel location is good. Hospitality is also good, however room sizes are bit small, but for the view it provides u can ignore. Try to book blue room that's the best one. They don't have parking, private parking outside takes a hefty charge. Near to mall road.

Location of property is very good, away from hassle of mall road and crowd. Service of staff is good specially mukesh is very helpful and quick. But rooms lack views and are just fine to stay, property needs a complete renovation to make things up to the mark.

Door of the room was made up of glass, there were two adjoining rooms and there was not brick work partition between them so there was big issue of sound, i couldn't sleep till 3am as another guest was watching something on tv till 3am, both the nights some one knocked me door twice which disturbed my sleep as well, on the first i had to wait for 45 minutes to take bath as there was no hot water available at that time.
