The room was good as compared with the amount charged. The location was good near the railway station and old bus stand. The maintenance is not done properly with the rooms and with the SELECT RESIDENCY. The room windows were unable to open as the windows were not cleaned and the doves were always at the windows creating dirt. The main issue was regarding the lift. The lift was not working properly while checking in and was stuck inside two times. The lift was not working completely after that and was compelled to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Rest everything was good when compared with the low price charged.

If you have s. M street shopping in your bucket list, this is the perfect location to stay. But i think select is more suitable for solo travelers as you'll find the facilities available barely enough for people who don't mind humble, small places to stay. They don't offer blankets, so please consider bringing one, although the weather is generally not so cold out there. There is a bus stop nearby where you'll get buses to anywhere in the city. Famous SELECT RESIDENCYs and restaurants are also walking distance away, so it's an 8/10 for solo travelers.

Our stay in select residency was fine. The room was okay and clean and they provided extra towel for us. The only negative we felt was that the toilet had a wore down carpet and the room was a bit hot with lot of mosquitos. If they are able to do something about it, it would make a huge difference. The bathroom looked exceptionally good. Just need to be maintained well. Such a good stay at very less price.

I had experienced the stay in select recidency, the rooms are clean and comfort to stay and simple smooth bed, also have buty mirror, shelf, chair, fan and a clean bathroom with mirror and wash base, value of money who is searching for a good stay with lowest price

The interior of SELECT RESIDENCY was very good, it is near the kozhikode railway station and the beach is also near by. The room was also good, go for ac good quality rooms for even better experience.
