only 1 star for ac room. only just ok experience for stay. bath door was damaged, the residency authority informed me the same. no intercom facility in ac room

It was not at all good property only the location is good because it's close to railway station AC was not working properly towel is old and my tall was Torn Bed linen nis also not clean

We were sleeping and it started to itch on our skins. Then turned on the lights and there was a bunch of bedbugs on the bed. The bedbugs were not seen on daytime but ruined our sleep at night . Worst experience ever from a hotel

the room lack necessary facilities like blanket, proper mirror, hanger etc. And the service also found poor from their part.

Room was not clean. Walls has Cracks and stains. Bathroom door is broken. And water in shower smells awful.. Over all bad experience.

The overall experience of the stay was average and the room lack some quality issues severely, the bathroom door have some lock issue and the toilet flush was broken and the shattered window glass makes noise all the time when wind hits and too dangerous though.Rather than these the experience was nice

property is okey but the room and floors are not cleaned properly and it not hygienic.and doors nd windows are not good.if kids are there in the room then its very risky to stay there.because kids can open windows easily nd jumb out of that. so its better to lock windows

The room was clean and tidy. But the bathroom was a little slippery. Also, when it was raining, little rainwater was entering into the room through the window.

There was no telephone in the room, which made it difficult to contact room service. Additionally, some amenities mentioned on the page were missing. I also encountered cockroaches and large rats running outside the room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was average as well.
