Sentosa Resorts and Water Park

The stay was comfortable and the Sentosa Resorts and Water Park staff members like room service and waiters were very decent and helpful. The staffs were the captain who were taking orders in the restaurants. They had no clue about the services and were very arrogant. I will be taking this up with Zomato as this was related to gold membership. The captains of Sentosa Resorts and Water Park staff ruined our entire holidays. For sure I would just recommend water park and won't recommend the restaurant.

We reached early and inquired about check-in, standard rooms which we booked were not yet empty so the person upgraded us to the executive room without any charges. The room was awesome, spacious and with all the facilities. We had complimentary Water Park access in our booking and it was smoothly processed. Water Park is also good for kids and adults to enjoy for 4-5 hours. Multiple food options are also available in the resort itself. Overall a great stay and we loved it. Definitely recommended.

The food, hospitality and water park was very good. The people were friendly and welcoming. The room need to be refurnished, as few of them have been old and dirty, the curtains had spots at the back and i think i could hear rats in the vents. It was clean but could say it has been very old. Food and people were awesome loved staying there, just re furnish the rooms.

The stay was good, the courtesy of the staff was excellent, only drawback is that there are no activities in the resort other than water park which you can access only once and only upto 6pm, as it is a resort we will expect more activities at least swimming pool or some small sports for kids which is not available

Good Sentosa Resorts and Water Park with Water Park, staff courteous and friendly. Food quality very good. Spacious and clean rooms. It's a good Sentosa Resorts and Water Park and marriage lawn instead of resort. Amenities should be increased so that guest can be engaged. Water Park slides should be maintained.

Resort has a great amenities for stay. They have sports bar, separate multi-cuisine restaurant And garden rest for ghat a lovers apart from Water Park which had rides And rain dance, Water fall etc. Everything was very nice, just the few food items taste above average. Overall must visit place.

Perfect for family stay- water park is good addition to the resort, great in house offers on alcohol in the restaurant- food was very good, staff was friendly and very well trained. From Mumbai is just 2 hours drive, no city traffic straight at the end of expressway.

My stay was very good. Liked water park, food and service. Room were big and resort has enough space to for kids and adults. Their food quality is very good and we liked veg and non veg food

The location is right before the start of the express highway. It was all together a satisfactory experience at this resort. We really like the way staff helped us with everything. The restaurant has a good food quality.

It has always been a pleasant stay at Sentosa Resort. I come here very frequently and the quality of rooms has never been disappointing. The staff is very helpful and the amenities are good.

We reached afternoon stayed for a day and enjoyed water-park next full day by checking out @12pm. In all it was good experience but we feel Sentosa Resorts and Water Park an water park need good maintenance.
