A Highly Disappointing Stay: Noise, Poor Hygiene, and Horrible Food This review is intended for guests considering a proper vacation or a special occasion like a honeymoon—for which this location should be absolutely avoided. The experience was overwhelmingly negative across every essential aspect, from location to cleanliness and dining. Location, Noise, and Privacy Issues The property is located immediately adjacent to the main road, resulting in 24-hour constant traffic noise that severely undermines any attempt at a peaceful stay. If you expect a quiet, scenic view, you will be disappointed. The picturesque tea plantation is across the busy road, and unfortunately, the room is highly visible from the street, offering zero privacy and constant exposure to crowds. Hygiene and Unpleasant Environment Cleanliness is critically lacking. The room and bathroom were poorly maintained, suffering from a bad smell and feeling suffocating. Compounding the hygiene issue is the presence of a nearby food factory that fires its waste directly near the room, contributing to an extremely unpleasant and potentially unhealthy environment that permeates the area. Food Quality The dining experience was simply horrible. I would strongly advise against ordering any food here. The quality is so poor that the staff reportedly don't even know how to make a basic cup of tea, which speaks volumes about the kitchen standards. Final Verdict: Avoid for Vacations Please stay away from this place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday or a romantic stay. It will unfortunately spoil your good time. This accommodation can only be considered a very basic lodge for a night stay if you are merely passing through and need a last-resort shelter.

I had booked 3 rooms for my family of 10 members... it was very fantastic and more than expected stay over there at the Hotel.. The view and location is very awesome, in the Tea plantation only... Manager Mr. Fernandis is very friendly. He is always ready to help.. A couple of care taker is also a best at their service.. The breakfast was very tasty.. over-all a value for money..

not good for couples, bad experience

Worst experience with this hotel , when iam travels with my wife no security for couples and no cameras noting . made noises we didn’t sleep over night , there is no power back at this hotel , I won’t suggested for couples, staff behaviour was good

When I went to Munnar. I used to stay there.. It was an amazing resort that located in between the tree plants. We can see the hill tops infront of our resort. Everytime we can feel the cool wind there Night stay was amazing there We get a good sleep there.. Some updates should be done in resort That are Most of the charging plugs are not working.. Campfire items not to be prepared. I haven’t any food there. Thank you

There is no wifi in the room that we booked. the powerback up was also not working. there was powerback up in all other rooms in the property. there was wifi in other rooms and areas. there was no response for powerback up from owner even when we sent them the video of power not being available only in our room. the good thing is the room service. it was exceptional. because the power was not there they had to fetch hot water for bathing in rain. it was good gesture.
