Sereniity Resort

A beautiful resort with stunning views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good, and we enjoyed the available games. It's a great place to just chill and unwind. The only heads-up for future guests: this isn't a traditional hotel. The resort has large villas, and they rent out individual bedrooms to different groups. This means you might be sharing common spaces like a living room with other guests. It caused a bit of confusion at first, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, a great experience, just be aware of the accommodation style!

Rooms are not maintained properly here in this property. I stayed one night and experienced poor quality with health and hygiene issues. Rooms are with cockroaches and smells of seelan. In one night i changed 3 rooms due to the poor quality.

Hi , we came here as a group it was good to come here, excellent proximity to other places of interest in Lonavala. The Gold valley / Tungarli was an excellent site just behind the Villa. Enjoyed the stay. would like to make it here with my kids.

The Rooms were too small to accomodate not up to the Mark. Pool was very untidy However lunch & breakfast was too limited & prices very very high which i have paid for Standard room…

Fair property was not Good Room having very unpleasent Smell and Staff is good. Resort have seenic view.

First of all I booked at evening and since eveninf to morning 8 we were trying to call the property and there was no response at all. Rooms were too small and not too cleaned. Mattrresses were bit torned. Pool was not filled with adequete water and even it was dirty. Reception staff seemed disinterested in work and there reactions were too rude when asked for help.

I was given b34, with stinking bathroom, ac remote not found, torn duvet, bad bedsheet and broken cupboard later after complaint, i was moved to b74, slightly better then b34, torn duvet, bad bedsheet and broken cupboard continues here as well they don't have enough car parking space. My car was parked away from room allocated to me

Location and layout was okayish. But amenities, services and food was below par. Torn staines bed linen, wallpapers torn, dirty furniture stained and smelly, seepage and fungus on walls. The rooms were stinking when we entered. Also, the food was very bad, in taste and quality. Location of non veg food was somewhere in a pandhal ac-cross the road. I also got a relatively large stone in my food. Very bad place.
