It is a good place to stay. Value for money. The staff is very courteous and they are very helpful. Even if there is room for improvement, the Serenity By Monarch Baner Pune staff helps out rightaway. They have kept it well. Only problem is that they have thin walls. So when parties happen at night, it is difficult to sleep with all the hoppity crowd having fun. They dont have food, but they provide cutlery. We are thankful to serenity for letting us stay there all these days.

Property is new, well made, but still lot of scope to improve. Some staff are rude and not apt for hospitality industry. Very good response and service by mr. Shubham and he is only reason we continued our stay. Still kitchen is non functional and only option for food is online order. Complementary breakfast has just 4 options and are ordered from out. Location is good and very close by to high street balewadi. Expecting better service and amenities next time

Location is very accessible and very cozy place. They do have restaurant as of now, but under renovation. Rooms are big with tv, hot water, cupboard, room service. Safety standards are followed here. Good staff.

Spacious and clean room. It's near the highway. The staff was prompt to respond. The excellent part was the food. The only drawback which they are working on full time dining place.
