Further details of homestay, if provided, seems to be more helpful. Faced little difficulty in tracking the homestay as mobile no. Provided was in switched off condition till evening and later in the evening even though phone no is working but they are not attending the calls. But with the help of make-my trip area manager (over telephonic call) and local people, reached the homestay. Overall experience regarding the stay at serenity greens is excellent. (just after entering sloppy road of field marshal cariappa college road, the right side mud road leads to serenity greens homestay.

The stay at serenity greens with my mother was pleasant and comfortable. We got the room at the top most floor which provided added privacy but the absence of elevators was a bit tricky. The main disadvantage of the location is the lack of restaurants or cafes or even local bakeries nearby. This was especially hard during the dussehra weekend as online food delivery apps weren't functional and cars weren't allowed into the city so had to walk to find a place to get dinner from- closest was silver oaks, a big too pricey. No other complainys

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Coorg. The place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Hot water was available 24/7, which was a great convenience. The staff were polite, well-behaved, and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Coorg!

The cost of this homestay is very good compared with others. But the location is not in the city which is quite understandable. One thing they need to improve is that they need to provide tv with good channels. Other things were good. Hot water in geyser was available. They should mention that it is in front traffic police office.

Location is good, little away from centre which suits perfectly. Staff was very gentle and hygeine was good

The stay was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view was obviously the best part about it and it was pretty close to all the famous go -to places in madikeri. Would opt this everytime i visit.

The room was soo clean and yeah they provide hot water also! and it’s very near to the city centre!

The room is pretty clean, staff is friendly and it's a nice choice if u are planning to stay as a group, family or couple. Overall we had a nice experience

Good stay but property is not updated in google maps so we roamed around the town for more than half an hour
