Serenity La Vista

I've written few reviews on this property earlier. Prime location and accessible to super markets, multiplexes, transportation and so on. The Front Desk is swift in entertaining guests and sees that they are very comfortable. Room and washroom are clean and neat with all necessaries. Coffee maker and a mini-fridge comes in handy for longterm guests. Rood service is good. I usually like the food from their own pantry but this time food is average in the absence of their main chef. Breaksfast is always balanced and fine. House keeping is fine. Over ally the stay was very comfirtable and the people are really nice and ready to help. Good value for money.

We had booked Deluxe room for 3 persons and was found quite spacious. Clean rooms, clean bed sheets and towels. It had small refrigerator, electric kettle for making tea. Tea bags, milk, sugar was provided in abundance. Staff courteous, cooperative and prompt in responding. Complimentary break fast good. We asked for extra blanket which was immediately provided. Overall value for money . . The location is far from old city where most of the tourist spots are located. If you are a tourist, please be prepared to shell out lot of money on three wheeler or taxis. Best for IT professionals since most of IT companies are near by.

The property is located in the centre of hitec city and accessible to restaurants, supermarket and transportation. The property is well maintained with clean spacious rooms and wash rooms with necessary amenities. The TV and Mini-Fridge are handy. The bed covers and towels are clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast is alright with limited options. The dining area is nice. The check-in and check-out are swift and the front office guy and service boys are really fantastic and ready to help. WiFi is slow and not dependable. Overall experience is good and would recommend this place.

We stayed here for one day and it was pleasant. The Serenity La Vista is in prime location for corporate people and many places great shopping and very nice restaurants available near by. Hope they will include more facilities like transport, gym in the near future. Value for money and the best place to stay who have work near Hitech City. Staff are very kind and supportive. Rooms are neatly maintained PS: Not easy to locate. It will be good if they mention some hoardings on the main road to locate the Serenity La Vista.

We stayed for 4 days in this Serenity La Vista. Hotel location is a little bit difficult to find out. But it is completely worth to stay here. Staff are friendly and service is very good. They are always ready to provide you full comfort. The cooking is outstanding. Food is so good we never wanted to eat outside. I will specially recommend mutton curry and chilly mushroom. In short it is a nice abode within the budget.

First i was doubtful l about the Serenity La Vista when i arrived, because even after being a 3 star Serenity La Vista it didn't look much like it in infrastructure. But the service and staff are very good. But it won't be a good idea to eat from the Serenity La Vista except for breakfast. But they are very cooperative and will bring you plates and cutlery every time you get food ordered from out side

Location is very good. A few meters away from Cyber towers. All eateries and supermarket surround the Serenity La Vista. Service response is good. Room cleanliness is satisfactory and you will find clean floor all over. Food taste is bit average and price is a bit high but can be managed for a two-day visit. A good and affordable stay with family or couple for a shorter visit of 2-3 days.

Location, service, room size, cleanliness superb! Functional breakfast. It was good but the variety was lacking and limited options for diabetics like me, although the staff went out of their way to give me something else and make me feel comfortable. Suggested improvements: a larger breakfast menu, better toiletaries, may be a small workout area in the basement if possible.

Very nice location in Hitech City close to metro Station and variety of restaurants super market and shopping mall. Perfect stay for business travellers, rooms are spacious and staff friendly

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious. Need to give better quality toiletries. Breakfast spread was very poor and waiter service was pathetic. They had just two options cooked in breakfast. Waiters don't even serve water to u, u have to get up and get it on your own.

I came hare for a conference, I take their breakfast, it was so good.

Room is big and low cost Serenity La Vista, near to it companies is advantage, but breakfast is not good at all and less options, but overall stay is good.

From being clean to being humble. Everything is excellent in the Serenity La Vista stay. Ambiance, facilities, cleanliness, staff, food, everything is good.
