Service Apartments @ Saket

My booking was for g 39, saket. However, as i was about to reach destination they gave me another apartment at j 296. This room was nothing like shown in pictures. The basin was propped using bricks. It was unhygienic. The location was also in a crowded area and access to apartment was also difficult. Will never stay with namastey homes.

I was searching for the hotel property on map but it was not situated as per the map location and the contact number was provided by the hotel was also not received, because of this i had to search another property in near by area and it was very difficult for us to stay somewhere else.

Hygiene point of view it’s good but my check in experience is not at all good

We have booked G-39 apartment but owner has given us the apartment in M-96 though G-39 was fully available when we checked later. Cable tv was not working and inspite of asking multiple times they did not fix it. Breakfast was terribly bad, we asked for something which they agree but didn't provide. Staff was polite but never did anything right what we asked for. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this. Owner runs other Apartments with Namastey home series and they are equally bad as we booked one of them and got understand it is the same owner.

Hotel is located away from what it showed on the Google map. One has to walk almost 500mtr away from it tagged location. Mattresses are single joined to form double bed which makes it uncomfortable to sleep for a couple. Was were not working properly, had to settle down with fan. Howerever staff were cooperative enough to change the room to the functional ac ones. Electric kettle, glasses, water bottle were not catered for. Staff was polite and cooperative. But the hotel is definitely not value for money. Would not want to check in again.

Very poor maintenance. Need lot of improvement s reg customer Service, food etc

Old fashioned rooms, price high as compared to room quality and space.

Good place, safe and secure, pleasant staff, friendly operator.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly And location is good

The stay was very good with good facilities. The location was easy to reach, the caretaker was very good and the good thing was they provided the facility for self cooking.

People were friendly. The apartment was clean.
