Stay was comfortable with our toddler, with a garden to play. Dinner was fantastic. Breakfast could've been better. Clean rooms and helping staff!

The stay was great. It was actually feeling like at home .. The property is 7 minutes walking distance to Lal Chowk , Food is simple yet wholesome which I personally liked a lot . Overall a great place to stay specially for the ones who are visiting with family and prefer homely environment .

The property is located approx 4km from the famous Dal lake, which might be disappointing for some people. But, let me tell you, this was a blessing in disguise. The location is absolutely serene and away from all traffic. you can sleep in peace. The dal area was too crowded and the traffic seldom moved. moreover, the homestay is only 5 min walk from Lal chowk, the best area for local shopping at very reasonable rates. about the food... it's awesome. never found taste to be different from home cooked food. the dinner is great and adequately priced... I got it for Rs 350 per head. breakfast was included and great. lots of variety and great quality.

The food was very good and the staff were extremely helpful. Great hospitality, very helpful staff who made my stay very comfortable.

It was our family trip with 2 year old baby girl. Stay experience was good with supportive staff. Food experience was good specially for baby food just like home made. Other wise hotels and restaurants foods are very spicy.

Sethi's home stay is in real sense a home away home. We senior citizen couple stayed here for 12 days, we didn't face any problem. Attitude of staff members are cordial, free breakfast and paid lunch/dinner are home made style. Rooms are good with a reasonable price. Location is close to lalchowk ghantaghar, one advantage is that property owner mr and mars singh both are doctor and they are very friendly. Mr imran looks after all in-out especially providing transport facilities with reliable driver and takes care of your daily needs. Mr manzoor take care of housekeeping with responsibility. Overall the time and money we spent is worth.

We had a comfortable stay. All the required amenities are there. Breakfast and dinner are very wholesome and tasty. The people are also friendly and helpful. Location wise very good.

No communication from room. Morning breakfast too horrible. Poor maintenance. I don’t how mm t entertaining these properties without checking the actual conditions

Very basic and efficient. Good home food and warm hospitality. The location is central and it is easy to get call taxis. Added advantage is that it’s not too far from the airport or the highway if we need to exit srinagar to go to pahalgam or pampore etc.

Best priced homestay near to lal chowk and city population. Well maintained property and owners are just a call away to assist for anything required.

This is a nice place to stay, very friendly staff. The only drawback i see a put this place is its proximity to a place of worship where prayers are broadcast on loud speakers. This can be a put off sometimes. I strongly recommend this place despite this little drawback

The overall facility is good but, for the rooms in the ground floor. The bathrooms could’ve been better. The food though simple is homemade food like! overall, the experience is great and would recommend to others.
