I " m coming second time in Mumbai ,,

very good experience while staying here , neat and clean place, coperative staff, good facilities provided by seven eleven 👍

No water is available at morning when we wake up No water in bathroom for bath And no body is present at reception We call on both Mobile for complain, numbers mentioned in bill Nobody answer

Very bad they denied checkin worst ever service not goot at all

Service is very bad and no polite talks

Bed was okay but there were bed bugs and washroom flush was not working and washroom was not clean hence overage stay.

Pathetic place

Bhai ek baat btao. ye Inka receptionist guest se paise kyu udhar mangta hai. jaan na pehchan tu mera mehmaan. jo bed diya wo bhi Ganda, full Ganda smell, pillow pr cover bhi nhi. aur washroom aisa ki jane ka mnn na kre. full unhygienic.

it's very horrible stay, If you want to stay with Bed Bugs then Book this dormitory, Additionally rooms were smelling a lot 🤢, The bed sheet and pillow are not cleaned There are hairs on them, There was a bathroom where 2 were not having water only. The AC provided for 10 pm to 6 am only. totally un hiegien stay, I will never ever go back to stay there.

untidy and there wre bed bugs on the bed... although at this budget its a good deal.

It was a horrible experience. I booked for 3 days but couldn't stay. The dormitory is totally different from what you see in the pictures. It was pathetic. No ac, the caretaker said that ac is only for night. I've lost all 3 days booking amount as there is no refund policy.

Appearance from outside looks good but inside its all messy & no way for ventilation. 1. Suffocating environment 2. Ac is very slow 3. Washrooms are dirty 4. Shower does not work 5. Rats play on the roof of washroom 6. In daytime someone else uses the allocated bed although the staff was friendly but that does not satisfy your needs, so staff must focus on cleanliness.

Seven hills dormertory is very good service, very clean and hygiene. Dormitory employees are very polite and good behaviour.

One piece to advice to all, dont go by the images.

Best and cheapest service. Good co operative staff. Good hygiëne. This is the best you can get at this price
