Seven Hills Pamban Island Resort

Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The air conditioner in our room was not working, and despite repeated complaints to the management, absolutely no action was taken for an entire day. We had booked the resort for two days. After lots of complaints finally they somehow agreed to change the room. Shockingly, the same faulty room was later given to another guest, clearly showing that the management was aware of the problem yet chose to ignore it. The staff and management were completely unresponsive, indifferent, and unprofessional. There was no sense of accountability or willingness to resolve guest concerns, which made our stay and uncomfortable. For the price charged, the service quality was nd nowhere close to what one expects I would strongly advise against staying at this resort, as it fails miserably in providing even basic comfort or customer service. MakeMyTrip should seriously review and reconsider listing such properties, as experiences like this completely ruin the travel experience and damage customer trust.

Property is well maintained, Room are Spacious & Clean. I loved the peaceful atmosphere there. Highly Recommend to Stay.

very much problem in whole trip in Rameshwaram so bad experience we will not recommend mmt to anyone

The property was good the location was also nice however the staff service can be improved as I personally found them not very active

Property and location seems good only from outside. But once you enter the room 1. it doesnt have hot water. if you need one keep calling staff they take almost 40mins to provide half bucket of hot water after repeatedly calling them. 2. It took hours to provide glasses and tea cups in the room 3. broken dressing table where you cant keep anything 4. staff is not at all helpful. it take hours arrange anything 5. Single charging point 6. Spiders in restroom 7. Mold in restroom The only thing thats good is food.

No wifi and even the room card key was not working. Every time we had to get the master key to enter our rooms.

Room service need to improve a lot. front office need to be more friendly. Property is good. Aaaaaaa

Room was spacious, clean. Property was well maintained. Need to improve room service like no provision of glasses for drinking water, team cups.

Fully flop resort If I will talk about food, food is bit good, but room and room service are not at all good it’s a waste of money . Property is not cleaned properly. They should focus on cleanliness and hygienic.

From outside resort looks beautiful but it's dirty. The bathroom was a stink hole in room 804 that made our stay extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Will not recommend this place for sure.

Hotel maintainance and management is not good they have kept children’s for taking care of property who don’t know anything no proper cleaning . No welcome drinks were offered . Property management is very poor and with this price is too high very disappointing in fact most customer there have same complains

Seven Hill Pamban Island resort is a good property and is in close proximity of the Temple and Agnee Teertham which is a plus point and having beach across the road is an USP. but beach was so filthy and zero maintained having fish waste in the water and on sand. Service in the property is poor and maintenance is not up to mark for example WC seat cover was broken and they couldn’t repair it in 3 days of our stay. Washrooms need to be maintained more. Food variety is very less, infact the most popular dish of South which is Dosa was not available in their restaurant. It could have been more pleasant stay if the Management is focussed on customer satisfaction

We had an amazing stay at the property – it’s beautiful, comfortable, and overall a wonderful experience. The only area that needs improvement is the restaurant service. One evening around 9 PM we requested tea, and were told it would be delivered after dinner service at 9:45 PM. However, when we followed up at 9:45, we were informed the kitchen had already closed and it could not be delivered, which was disappointing. On another occasion during the buffet dinner, we requested hot rotis, but it took more than 15 minutes for them to arrive. If the restaurant service could be made more prompt and consistent, this place would truly be perfect.

the condition of the room was worst, broken things in the room such as doors, cupboard. no hot water.

Hotel not 4-star as claimed: poor service, dirty rooms, no amenities,  

very bad service for towel it took 12 hours. the person who was at reception does not know how to talk with guests.

The location was very good .It was near to the beech . Agniteertham , & temple was within 1 km from this property. The ambience was really good .The rooms were neat & clean & spacious too. What i didn't like about this resort is therecwas no room service. We had to remind them for our welcome drink. The dinner buffecwas very costly & no alacarte. Even restaurant people were not picking up the phone .When I called reception I was told they are very busy. They can't pick up the phone. Breakfast quality also needs to be improved. The sweet dish served on both days were not good.

We stayed in Seven hills resort Rameshwaram for 2 nights last week, property is neatly maintained and rooms are very neat and clean. But we couldn't get sea view room inspite of request and also rooms were alloted in the distant block which made us difficult to access the road to walk to boating point and temple and there is no much of auto or taxi services from the hotel unless we book it in advance. overall it's in scenic location just in front of the sea

Good location and good food. But poor room condition with lacks basic like charging plugs . Noisy cub board
