I had an amazing stay at Seven Hills and Resort! From the warm welcome to the serene atmosphere, everything was perfect. The stunning location, spacious rooms, and exceptional hospitality made it a truly relaxing escape. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether for relaxation or adventure, this resort is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Seven hills village resort is located away from namchi market area tucked atop a hill at phalidhara. The resort provides a four wheel adventurous ride to entrance beyond which you have to hike 3-5 mins to reach your cottage. So, this claims as a disclaimer - this is not for anyone who is ailing or senior persons who have problems with walking stairs. Once you make it to the cottages you can see one large football field, play areas - swing sets for kids. There is one nice posch restaurant, bar waiting for you there. The cottages are literally like village cottages with basic amenities. The cottages have balconies opening into the valleys below with views of samudraptse and from some angles chard-ham as well. The entire set up is densely covered in forrest and expect many birds chirping and butterflies, months of all kinds. The staff is courteous and the food they prepare is delicious and local. They make everything from scratch which takes time to cook, but that's totally worth it for the taste saviour. They don't have tv or wifi - which is something some may not like, however for many it's perfect digital detox.

It was a wonderful stay. A must place to visit even for the localites. The location is perfect and the view from the nearby viewpoint is just amazing. The host is very soft spoken and was very helpful from very beginning till the end of stay. A perfect place for a short get away to those loving peace and serenity.

Interior was very good, approach road to property was not suitable even for suv. Staff was very cordial and food was simply suberb, cater as per exclusive taste and requirement

The property was an isolated hill top with separated cottages surrounded by jungle. At first it felt nice. The food was terrible and highly priced. Probably they did not have a cook. They do not have a rate chart. We felt we were over charged. The checkout experience was ever worse. We asked for a drop from hotel to market place. They had no idea about any vehicle. We got late and somehow we managed to get a private car from namchi to njp.

Food is not good, and there was a shortage of staff. So dinner took almost 2 hours to get ready and there is no room service so you have to wait at the restaurant for food and it was freezing cold. The same happened with breakfast. The only option they have is bread butter jam and poori bhaji. Thats it

In the evening it was like a ghost ride. No lighting, no proper roads, climbing in the chilly winter evening was like trying to commit suicide. Moreover the more you climb, you will find that further you need to climb. Even after reaching the room, the room was like ghost house. Bathroom was not clean. It seems someone has faked his gf last night and the same room was given to us without even cleaning

Not easy to access. Approach road should be renovated as it is broken. Any vehicle cannot ride the steep slope. Excellent staff. Beautiful location. Good food. Adequate amenities. Needs proper maintenance.

If you want some solitary, its A wonderful place away from the hustle bustle of Namchi town centre. Staff are courteous and friendly. Plus_ They have a nice collection of local home brewed liquors

It was a horrifying experience to stay over there. Leeches and spiders everywhere, our two group members were bitten by leeches. Beddings were very dirty and towels were pathetic. Location of the resort is on the top of the hill and the way itself is very dangerous. My recommendation is not to stay here.

We enjoyed the resort it was great experience staying in resort but there was no staff was available in late night otherwise there was no problem. Food was good. Staff was good. Service in restaurant was good. Ambience was good for children. There is a good play ground weather was excellent.

Hotel connectivity very poor... When you reach over there it look great to be in a jungle but when you sleep different species of mosquitoes and insects will come to your room.. I spent my 2 night without sleeping..

The hotel is situated in a very unique location from where both Kalimpong and Darjeeling is visible and on a clear day one can also see Kanchenjunga from cottage. The environment is very pleasant and plenty of scope for amusement are present. There is a earnest effort from the staff to make your stay comfortable. The calling of Turkey and hen in the morning will give you a special experience. Indeed a romantic place and good option for newly married couples.

Very nice location to stay with family in holiday. I think it is one of the best hotel and only organic hotel of Namchi, Its something like living with the nature. View from balcony was very nice. Hotel Staff was very helpful & food was very good. I was there for an official tour. Next time of course I will go with my family.

Did book this resort without any planning or knowledge of it because we couldn't continue in Gangtok and then Namchi came to mind as a day leisure and found this one here at Makemytrip. Since we had already spent time in the heart of Gangtok city I decided to go for an outskirt resort far from deafening noise of city streets and all expectations were met at 7 Hills. Located purposely on the edge of city on a cliff 7 Hills is not just a place to stay but gives you a blanket of flora of Sikkim in its campus with amazing flower plantations. The resort has a view point in its campus itself from where you get breathtaking view of Namchi and the valley. Food is available in Dine Restro in its campus. The staff is really cooperative and service is a priority there. It was overall a value for money, even if you don't roam around in Namchi this resort has enough potential to contain you and your family in it's large campus of amazing sidewalks, viewpoint and gardens. Lastly the manager dedicates herself for any concern you might have, had an awesome stay there.

1. Location is at hill top. So view is fantastic and best. 2. The reception manager is very Nice and co-operative. 3. Bar is well maintained and very rich in contains. 4. The road from main road up to the hotel's door step is very steep and rocky, so some vehicles will not go up. So please call the reception manager, they will gladly pick you up.

Seven Hills is not just a place to stay but an experience. The host Roshni is wonderful and will make you feel at home. The place is clean and has all the amenities required with some great homely food. For people who love to drink bar here won't disappoint you, they have everything you need. The place is so green it feels like a you are living in a dream, stay here and live an experience.

There was an earnest effort to provide satisfactory service to the boarders. The only odd thing is the presence of a tall tree in front of the hotel that obstructs the view of Kanchenjunga from some rooms. The top floor hall having a plenty of windows is a nice place to see Kanchenjunga at the dawn and to take photograph.
