Seven Oaks

My stay was good and the view from the room was great i booked executive room with valley view and balcony but when i was booking i checked all the facilities which mentioned in the executive room where i saw heater in room but when i demanded heater from reception they have said that it will be chargeable which is totally not excepted as i already paid that amount along with the room that’s why i have taken the highest room but after my request even i have shown the details on makemytrip but they totally ignored and said you have to pay so that was very unprofessional and rude so i was not fully satisfied with the Seven Oaks service.

We travelled as a family with kids for 3 nights and 4 days to Mussoorie. This Seven Oaks is located at a very scenic camel's back road, away from all hustles of mall Road. The entire team at 7 Oaks is very customer friendly and demonstrate a great sense of service. The manager Mr. Shailendra if I got it right, is very helpful and the pickup and drop off guy Ashu takes good care of guests. Breakfast at the restaurant has a good spread and the manager ensures that even the last guest is well served. Overall, we found the stay even more enjoyable due to Seven Oaks and the team of 7 Oaks.

The Seven Oaks is above average in terms of it's location and room size. The interiors need to be refurbished as the contemporary look now looks as if worn out. The housekeeping staff needs to keep a check on the cleanliness aspect. Towels were not clean. They sure did change them when pointed out to. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

Location was good. Peaceful place. Away from mall road but cab service was good and every time available. Food quality was good. Only negative points to mention are- in room toiletries was not there. They gave it but on call. It's my suggestion to put all your room amenities there before the check in of your guest.

The Seven Oaks offers a lovely view of the Valley. The mall Road can be accessed comfortably on foot MakeMyTrip a back alley or the complimentary ride offered till Ambedkar Chowk. The rooms are clean, however, their bathrooms do require maintenance. Buffet options are limited. Can do better for the tariff charged.

Seven Oaks is a good Seven Oaks in that price range. The manager Shailendra is is really good at his work and he even upgraded our booking to a deluxe room with a mountain view. Overall experience was great. They even provide pick and drop to the Mall road though the Seven Oaks is not very far from the mall road.

Hotel is located 500 m from mall road, pick and drop facility available. Food is great, Seven Oaks person mr. Rawat take good care of guests while serving delicious food. Hygiene need improvement, parking is sufficient. Mountain scene from Seven Oaks is awesome. Overall nice stay

Wanted to opt camel back road option this time and finally went for seven Oaks and have to say everything was really good that was offered. Polite and cooperative staff. Rooms were very good from every aspect. Other facilities like pick and drop, lift service etc were also good.

Food tastes are good but the staff is not friendly.

Very good Seven Oaks and prompt service. Little away from library.

The hospitality of the Seven Oaks is amazing

Location was a bit far from the main area, but they provided car for pick up and dropping without any additional charges.

Balcony, location, the room was beautiful.

It is in a Silent place, so that makes it good from My prospect. Rooms could have been cleaner.

Location of the Seven Oaks takes all the points, I loved my stay

During booking they say it's standard room and while check in they provided standard room but non view. Which is so bad room

At time of check out no man comes for luggage handling to reception for more than 10 minutes. After cleaning the room door was not proper close, when we go to room it was opened.
