We booked double bed room,but they gave only single towel which is old and torn, room is dirty and foul smell was there, behaviour was also not acceptable

The property is very near to main Silchar market. It is just beside Smart Bazar supermarket and a big mall. A lot of restaurants are nearby. The staff behaviour is very friendly. In cleanliness, it is very good.

Worst experience. plz do not book. no room service, no lift, overall horrible experience. It's not a hotel at all. Dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. MMT should take action against such fraud hotels. I strongly not recommended this hotel & also never trust MMT. This time MMT guided me towards hell

Sir we apologize for the inconvenience caused but our property has no lift and that is not mentioned in either Goibibo or Makemytrip platforms. Now coming to cleanliness we assure our guest gets the clean room but if you have got a dirty room or a dirty linen then we should have been informed during your stay and our staff is here to change the linen as per your request . We apologize again and would like to serve you again.

The Stay was Very Good. The Sewak Lodge was located just near to Premtola Point which is very easy to locate. Besides this the room was also very clean with proper working AC. The staff were also very good and were responsible. Wifi facility is also available... At this price point it is a good lodge to choose from and had a wonderful time during the stay ❤️
