SFO Hotel and Suites

Few irksome things I encountered. 1) It was almost impossible to book a room in the SFO Hotel and Suites directly (which turns out to be good for travel agencies). Even by calling the SFO Hotel and Suites directly, I could not book a room, and their online website also kept failing at the payment gateway. 2) Some of the SFO Hotel and Suites policies left a bitter taste. The liquid soap dispenser in my room accidentally broke and fell on the bathroom floor creating a mess, probably because it was not installed firmly, and I was told I have to pay for the damages. I was appalled that I was being told to bear the cost of such an item which is a staple item for hospitality industry. I had to protest strongly before the charges were dropped. 3) There was confusion at the time of check-in if the amount agreed included GST or not. Finally, after 10 minutes, they agreed to take it up the agent, make my trip, and let me off the hook for the difference. This delay at the time of check-in was not pleasant. 4) The practice of each and every front desk person standing up whenever a guest passes through the lobby seemed too subservient and I would recommend to management to get rid of that practice and replace with a simple smile and greeting. On the flip side, the SFO Hotel and Suites staff were extremely courteous and polite. It is the management that needs attention.

SFO Hotel and Suites room was impeccably clean as well as the linens too. SFO Hotel and Suites staff was very helpful ...specially the Manger "murli sir"...when due to some congestion in network I was not able to book a cab to airport he helped me though..n took care until I reached d airport by calling in between as I was traveling alone n he knew I was nervous..he made sure that I shud reach airport safely by guiding the cab driver also. . n the food was also rely rely delicious n they serve a huge variety in buffet on Saturday n Sunday just for rupees 700. restaurant staff is also very alert to d needs of each n every person in spite of being so much rush in there . . overall good location, great staff , good hospitality n great food with great ambience. 👍 👌

SFO is a functional and friendly SFO Hotel and Suites where everything works smoothly. It is located in the border between Jayanagar and JP and its address is actually a bit confusing. The two restaurants are good and the complimentary breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The San Francisco theme is imaginative and well executed in terms of decor. As an old resident of the city, I enjoyed the mural, the pictures and the naming. The rooms are not large, but are clean and adequate. All members of the staff are gentle and courteous. All in all, if you are looking for an budget SFO Hotel and Suites that works in the Jayanagar, JP Nagar or Banashankari area, it is an excellent choice. Be. S. PRAKASH.

We stayed as a couple in sfo SFO Hotel and Suitess and suites on 18th november 23 till 19th november 23 for attending a event and overall experience was real good. Great and neat ambience, well maintained rooms, neat rest rooms, great spread and tasty vegetarian buffet. Excellent coffee. Overallit wasa great experience band felt even though little higher priced for the size of the SFO Hotel and Suites we were contented. Prime location too.

Excellent location hassle free check in. The best part of this SFO Hotel and Suites is it is in central market place where you can go out and have variety of food. Breakfast menu is superb. Perfect place for any business meeting in the room. It has an very good spacious room. The over all experience was very good and highly recommended

Located at central point ... Awesome food .. Tidey room and well service from the staff .. At the same time bad experience was SFO Hotel and Suites people asked and argued that clear the room service bills immediately. It ll be better if you give a option to pay all bills at one shot I. E. Check out time.

Good SFO Hotel and Suites to stay. Breakfast spreads was superb in varieties and quality of food is awesome. I had buffet lunch but disappointed with the starter as they serve 3 Veg and 2 Non Veg. In Veg there is no variety, very ordinary starters. In Non Veg 2 items are average. Main course was fine.

Amazing experience, will definitely recommend, nice food and ambience, it was just about 10 minutes walking distance from my work place, the Pier 39 was a fantastic ambience, the food was too good and tasty, definitely a place worth visiting second time. The staff was courteous as well.

Good, but the reception needs quick updates on bookings made thru makemytrip and other related sites as we had to wait for confirmation of booking not being updated. Need to have better communication and information on check-outs and complimentary breakfast location and menu.

Prompt room service, immediate attention to needs and requests; restaurant on premises has good south indian food.

All the staff from the sentry to the reception to the bell boys to the serving staff were polite and nice.
The quality of the toiletries could be improved and a few more items added.

Stayed for 1 night at executive room. It was spacious neat and clean. Also quality of breakfast was excellent. Variety of items can be increased.
