One of my favourites during stays . Very comfortable and located in a prime area which is easily accessible in terms of transport . Property is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene . Have some comments this time on scope for improvement . The flush valve was always leaking and the problem persisted though they had tried to fix it as soon as we complained . Assume there was something wrong with the mechanism . Breakfast is very good and tasty . Staff are very responsive . Would suggest that some more items be added to the menu as it’s very limited .

Stayed here for a week on an official trip, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The property is excellent, located right in the heart of the town, making everything easily accessible. The staff deserves a special mention for their courteous and professional behavior. I would rate it 98 out of 100 — deducting just 2 marks for the limited lunch and dinner options available. (However, this is a minor issue as Zomato and Swiggy easily make up for it.) Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had. Thank you!

Located centrally near Vellayambalam Junction the place has good approach from all parts the city. Rooms are neat and well kept; the food( both veg and non veg is tasty and sumptuous. A bit too heavy for an old man like me. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room service staff could be a little more prompt in removing the used food plates. Thank you.
