First of all through booking , charged us higher than the property originally demand for the walking customer! and property does not provide additional bed as per booking. On claim for extra bed, they showed what they received from the booking site and there is no mention of extra bed. But our booking confirmation had extra bed. So we had misunderstanding and manage ourselves with short of accommodation!

Mr Rafiq Thanks for your reviewing us. We have provide you accommodation exactly as per the booking we had got, for same we also showed you the proof which your self accepted as well. Even there was 2 extra child with as per our booking records but we never asked you for any additional payments for same we make them in complimentary basis. Your 3 extra beds was booked with us and we had provided you exactly same. We had given you exact services and accommodation as per our booking. We hope you had a lovely time in Kashmir. The service of the hotel was very good

The area around the hotel was safe and peaceful. Easy to locate. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The washroom was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
