I book three rooms in this resort. handwash not provided. room ac was too old not working properly. room interior was too old. tv not working.

rooms needs to improvement. old room structure. not maintained well inspite of very nice located place. only good thing is that managing staff polite and helpful.

Average location Spacious Room( Super Deluxe), but needs betterment Supporting & efficient staff After talking to the chef, we were served food to our liking .. with all these points I feel the tariff is quite high for the facilities, available,at that place After the high tariff, for food and beverages Extra payment, to be done. It needs a professional Management. Despite booking well in advance, the geyser was out or order, though it was compensated by supply of hot water in buckets

The hotel rang up to find out our time of arrival. The property is next to the tourist spots. It is a well maintained property. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food is good

Location is very food to stay with friends and family and all tourists locations are near about this place like lake and temples

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with a warm greeting and quick check-in. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major attractions and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. My room was spotless, well-lit, and equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed . The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, though it could get a little crowded during peak hours. The housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably each day, and the concierge was always ready with helpful tips for exploring the area. Overall, this hotel strikes the right balance between comfort, convenience, and value — I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

The hotel was well located, nice, clean average room. Bathroom condition needs an improvement. The hotel is well managed by a local manager and few teenage boys. They try hard to make stay comfortable, but the professional touch required is missing. Condition of restaurant needs improvement also.

We had good stay in shagun Resort , bhedaghat. The location of the resort is very near to bhedaghat waterfalls, dhuadhar , marble Rocks and chausath Yogini temple. It's a good place and we enjoyed very well the stay and sight seeing

Great location, spacious with a large garden and adequate parking. Located close to all local attractions. Cottages are looking old, with damaged, stained sanitary fittings. Bedsheets have not changed, old window AC with broken vents, bathroom door is thin see-through fibre. The place requires renovation and rejuvenation. Does not do justice to the price being asked for.

Very friendly staff. Food was awesome. Property is very near to Dhuandhar waterfalls as well to the boating point.

pleasant stay, we feel narmada river from here, it is very near to dhudhar. very silent and clean place to stay.

It was a memorable stay. The hospitality was at its best in general and super most was of Krushnaji. Would recommend to all the friends. The food was excellent and the canteen staff was also caring. The toilets were clean .

Quite a huge property right in the middle of the bhedaghat. It's old property so rooms are quite spacious. However they failed to manage it properly, garbage was dumped right next to super deluxe rooms. There is frequent power failure and they turn on generator only if you call them and insist. Food was great. Service was fast. Staff was very helpful. If they just manage property well, its a great place to be.

The shower was not working. After asking the issue the hotel manager is not responding. But food was good

No hygiene, no phone in the room, no blanket cover, hairs on bedsheet which we got changed. Short on staff. Property is good but no maintainance. Costly for the price paid.

1) Food is very costly 2) Some people are coming for offline booking and I found offline booking cost is 50% lower than online booking 3) water is not provided but it is an essential requirement 4) The shower was not working in the bathroom and they are not repaired after completing
