Shahani Wellness Retreat

We had a terrible experience as the caretaker was a cheater. There was no single water bottle available in the hotel. We booked a room for sat sunday and we extended our stay there for 1 more day because we were unable to shoot our pure wedding due to rain. When we entered the hotel it was just like a haunted graveyard with no light. He took our original documents and on the next day of the check out the manager started forcefully to demand more 2k where we have already paid while extending and not ready to give us our original documents. After paying him because we had no option as he had our documents he started abusing

Its not good to stay in this hotel as there is no facility and not looks good at all. Its rooms are so old.

Stupid accomadtion high fare

The stay was excellent and hospitality of mr. Gulab rana was very kind during our stay. Appreciate for response in all aspects. I prefer to stay for all - visit to lonavala and it's nearer to railway station lonavala. Venkateswara rao b

Property is great, near to mlonavala station, mumbai-pune highway. Location was excellent & the manager mr. Gulab was very co-operative & soft spoken & guided me to few places i didn't know. Rooms are very spacious with all basic amenities. Overall nice place to stay.

It was a pleasant and memorable stay at shahani. Caretaker mr gulab rana is really a nice gentleman. He is calm and really helpful. Drawbacks are no jiyel to eat nearby. One needs to walk for 10 mins to vet to hotel.

Its walking distance from the station making it a great location. The property manager is very resourseful and can help you arrange a two wheeler for self drive. They do nit have a staff guided amneties provision but its a good place to stay for a one or two day stay if your plan is to just travel in and around lonavla.

Place is very near by lonavala and nice room cleaning. Parking facilities and staff very nice behaviour. Bathroom also very good condition.

The floor had hair all over and was mopped with phynyl which stank like a government hospital. Water is kept in a steel dispenser with a dirty plastic bottle over it. The blanket had stains and hair strands on it. It's so unhygienic to even look at all this and to imagine using it sends shivers down your body. The hotel needs a major major investment and revamp. Owners need to take a serious look into revamping it.

It's a decent accommodation near bus stand and railway station both (7 mins walk)

Room is spacious and clean. One balcony is there, the toilet should be modernised, the toilet has insufficient light, wall should be colored and polished. Fooding should be added.

Initial it was good as they allowed me early check in but later didn’t allowed my parents to meet me for hour

It’s was my worst-worst experience ever, starting from the entrance to the room.

Porperty is not good condition i not like

Value for money but kitchenette not available, rooms are average cleaned and only cleaned once not during stay. Remote location but the receptionist guides you well. No restaurants or food outlet near the hotel. Near from railway station walkable distance. No extra service provide by hotel but allowed to source from outside. Overall experience was good but suggested to take proper precautions for cleanliness and hygiene.
