Shahpura House

Our stay with shahpura house was very comfortable and relaxing, though did i find some areas of improvement that Shahpura House can look into. Shahpura house is located at a very convenient place to reach if you are travel-ling by train. Just 15 mins away we took an auto to reach here. The staff is courteous, especially pushpender and pravesh who were able to take care of any special requests we made while we were staying at the Shahpura House. They helped us getting us the shahpura suite of our choice and made the overall experience convenient. The property itself is very regal and gives the medivial rajasthan vibes, but doesn't lack modern facilities. The restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious breakfast and we found the buffet spread having a lot of variety. The candlelight dinner served at rooftop restaurant was great too and the vibes under the moon were awesome. The property has a swimming pool which was well maintained and the common rooms were surreal. The rooms and common rooms will fulfill your desires of living in a royal mahal for sure. Though the overall experience was majestic, and staff was overall cooperative, we found that room service was a bit slow especially in evening. It looks like there are less staff members than needed to handle a property as big as this. We would surely recommend you to stay at this place for an unparalleled regal experience worth the price you are paying.

Location: located in bani park, this was very central and made pretty much every place we wanted to go very accessible. Rickshaws are easily available right outside. Rooms: the room was spacious enough, kept very clean. Anything we wanted was promptly brought to us by housekeeping. Bathroom: the bathroom was almost as huge as the room which was quite useful. The only very minor thing is that the towels and napkins looked a bit old and worn out but they didn't seem to be dirty. Facilities: the dining experience, the waiting room, everything was up to the mark and more. All the staff was really friendly and attended to all our needs very graciously. Overall experience: our flight has been delayed by 5 hours and the Shahpura House kindly allowed us to wait in their waiting room without bothering us at all. Shahpura house is definitely the place you be need to stay at, considering the price is great for how good the property and service was. A huge plus point is how absolutely gorgeous the property itself is which makes for great instagram worthy pictures.

Perfect weekend getaway - ambience, service, Shahpura House staff, food, amenities, rooms everything was top notch! it was a trip with my parents and they had a great time with no complaints. We also loved their complementary folk dance and puppet show held every evening. However, please refrain from giving money until you really want to them as they're given a monthly salary but they play emotional cards like they are not getting paid from the Shahpura House which is not true! we ended up paying and realised later. Anyway apart from that we had a great stay! a beautiful candle light dinner at rasa restaurant, spa facility used by my father who felt really relaxed after such a long drive. Rooms and washroom were clean and hygienic. Even the common washrooms are well maintained. You will enjoy every inch of this property as we did! reasonable rates and a great stay! thanks

I booked this last minute for overnight stay on my way to noida. Got a great deal if i consider the property. Everything right from the room size, washroom size, cleanliness, hygiene were top notch. Food was also great. Coming to theft- the property doesn't have any dedicated parking area and your cars are basically parked in the lane besides the Shahpura House. My car was parked just besides the Shahpura House security guard, but still i ended up loosing the car logo from the front bumper which definitely left a bad exp for me. I have spoken to the gm (not to complaint) but to ensure the incident is highlighted and they are able to fix this to avoid a future incident. I am also assured they would be reviewing the recording from cctv cameras. Anyways, overall except this incident there was absolutely nothing to complaint about this Shahpura House.

We had a good time in this Shahpura House with children. The dance performance by the restaurant in the evening was interesting, and the kids liked it. The nice thing is that this Shahpura House allows us to stay with all four of us in a room with an extra bed. The pool was empty and we could have fun. However, the smell of the room was bad. Somebody was smoking there and put perfume to mask it, but that made the smell terrible. I turned on the ac, but it seemed like it hadn’t been used for a while and was very dusty. The ceiling fan was dirty, so we didn’t turn it on. This needs improvement.

Experience of stay at this property is very good. Myself, wife and daughter stayed here from 05th to 09th december 2023. All items are having royal touch and beautifully crafted. Property conveniently located. 7. 30 to 10. 30 am breakfast time. Many items. Well prepared and well served. Taste of food is good. 24/7 hot water. Nice service. Spa with well trained male & female massagers are available. Pool facility is available. Receptive staff. Neat and clean amenities and environment. Overall good experience. Wi fi is not properly worked.

It was a short but excellent stay in this royal property. Kids were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Rooms are beautifully made giving a royal feel to the inmates and are very cozy. All staff members are very supportive and hospitality is at its best. Food and beverages are par excellence. Cultural programs giving a glimpse of rajasthan culture and live music makes the evening even better. Must visit property for having a royal experience.

Shahpura house is home away frm home kind of place.. i have been there like almost 5 times.. and its always lovely staying there.. staff is so polite and courteous, the vibe of this place is so calm and composed, its located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Food is great too.. I first found out this place in 2023 june. Nd since then its my vacation home. I never feel like choosing any other Shahpura House to stay in jaipur.. and i dnt think i evr will….

It was a pleasant stay for 2 days. Excellent heritage property maintained diligently. Got a good deal from mm t for room rent ( incl. Breakfast. However prices for food and drinks are on higher side. Overall a very good experience.

Shahpura house perfectly carries that old-world rajasthan charm. The Shahpura House itself offers a lot of picturesque spots for avid photographers. The food is good, staff is courteous. Yes, the room service could be a bit more timely and efficient.

Shahpura house is perhaps the best heritage Shahpura House in jaipur. Very richly decorated, very large rooms, very very extravagant interiors. The breakfast has large number of options and the staff is very warm and friendly. Avoid doing booking with makemytrip as price on other portals is better.

Stay experience was quite good, highly recommended to try this property. Near to railway station and close to the central market. Overall service was quite good morning breakfast had multiple option and swimming pool made the day refreshing.

All over the ambience, hospitality was awesome but one thing was missing one of the corner of the room was not clean otherwise i will rate it 5 star
