Shahpura Residency

Location is good, food is good. Service is excellent. What i like most is the service by reception manager mr. Vedprakash and his assistant mr. Ajay. We checked in by 2 am. And found that room is tiny to accommodate extra mattress asked for. Mr. Vedprakash personally arranged other room and tried to satisfy. Next day morning, he personally ensured to provide hot water as their hot water system wasnt working. I can imagine that technical issues are faced in service industry but what's important is to provide prompt solution and satisfy customer. Meanwhile, i suggest senior management of this Shahpura Residency to accept bookings with extra mattress only if they have appropriate rooms and to ensure that basic essential facilities like hot water are running without any probkem. Especially in winter.

Overall a peaceful stay! located on outskirts but convenient to reach all popular destinations. A separate area for parking is given just adjacent to Shahpura Residency. The ambience of the rooms, restaurant and Shahpura Residency is very nice. I had booked two deluxe category rooms including breakfast and the amenities were amazing in such affordable tariff. The breakfast served was buffet which was delicious. The staff was so polite and helpful, provided everything whatever we asked for. I would highly recommend this Shahpura Residency to everyone.

I am very happy and too much satisfied with Shahpura Residency all things services, food, staff behavior etc. I am posting this review for all those who need all over good stay with all satisfied services. I stayed here with my family, me and my family, child all likes Shahpura Residency. Pls go for this Shahpura Residency. Car parking also available with too much space with covered parking. I stayed at shahpura residency for 5 days. It is a good Shahpura Residency for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the location is quite convenient. However, the tv wasn’t functional and no one came to fix it despite several calls. The staff could be more responsive and the everyday cleaning of the rooms should mandate change of sheets and replacement of tea/coffee and bathroom toiletries. These small things go a long way.

I came to jaipur to take my daughter from banasthali which is on tonk road, so i opted to stay here as it is on my way to her college. Last year i stayed in radisson blu near airport and believe me sahapara residency gave me same feel in much much lesser price. 5/5 for this Shahpura Residency. Great Shahpura Residency with delicious food, best amenities we can get in budget Shahpura Residency. My stay was perfect must try.

I stayed with my family and i must say our stay was very pleasant. Hotel was really very clean and rooms were nothing less than a 4 star Shahpura Residency rooms. Staff were very well behaved and breakfast too was excellent. Overall my experience was more than satisfactory and i would highly recommend this Shahpura Residency to anyone.
