Shakespeare Corporate Guest House

We love everything about Shakespeare Corporate guest house their food,their hospitality,location etc.Staffs are smart and customer service is 💯and the place is very clean . This is our 3rd time staying in this guesthouse and we’re looking forward to stay in the future. Thank you 😊

The experience was okay, the staff were really good. The room was clean and tidy too. But the room lacked space.

Excellent location. Rooms are small but each room has good ventilation and natural light. Staff members are extremely courteous and trained.

Property is so old like ghost house and service is so poor.

The blanket is not clean and hair oil bath shop comb are not available how can ready if we came as officially rate is high as per the service

First i have not stayed in the mentioned location. Host changed the location at the last moment by saying it is overbooked. Host was extremely rude to the core. Need refund back

It was a big size room with all the facilities and care taker was really helpful and he has taken of everything very nicely.

Staff and the owner were friendly and helpful and location is prime but the room and the bathroom were smelly maybe because of dampened walls. Tv wasn’t working. We’ve booked the room for 3 people but they gave only one towel and that too isn’t that clean.

Difficult to find as name was different on locality. Not receiving calls from us. Staff behaviour was also not good

The owner denied entry and didn't pickup call, the staff tried to call but she didn't pickup their call. We had to book in separate place

The rooms were exactly as displayed. Owner went out of the way to ease our stay. Hassle-free check in. Caretaker provided services beyond the requirements. Basic food and and beverage requirements were met. I paid 1300 in their prime season and based on the service provided i felt obliged to leave a good review.

The photos for the standard room show a spacious room with large windows and a couch. This is not the room which is provided on arrival. The actual room which is not pictured anywhere is small and grubby, with stains on the walls, a bathroom an adult cannot fit into, a scratched TV, electrical sockets which do not work. Guests are prohibited from using the kitchen. There is no cleaning service for the room. The caretaker is quite rude. The only happiness came at the time of leaving.
