Shakuntala Palace - A Heritage Hotel

The property is centrally located and easily accessible from bus stand and railway station. I booked the Shakuntala Palace - A Heritage Hotel in morning and was allowed early check in so further the ambience of property and the room, bedding, bathroom was all good. The best one can get in this price range only complaint I would like to make is about AC it was not cooling as it should be (AC was working but slow- as at 16degree the room should get chilled in 1-2 hours it took till evening to get chilled) test every thing I have decided to stay at this property every time I visit Lucknow this is the best

Rooms are quite small and not upto the mark, no resturant in Shakuntala Palace - A Heritage Hotel but room facility for food n beverages are available, staff is polite n helpful, cleaning is little bit need to improve, housekeeping n helpers staff shortage, price is ok, staff is nice, polite and helpful. Nice location, thanq staff and make my trip for making my travel so convenient.

The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! thank you so much.

Rooms were ok and spacious, bathroom was not clean at all, staff was polite and food is average too and pricey also i mean they charge 560 rs for murgh masala and its quite average you can get a much better deal online

Very pretty Shakuntala Palace - A Heritage Hotel. Cordial staff. Nice big rooms. Rooms are quiet at the back of the Shakuntala Palace - A Heritage Hotel but not in the front.

I can say its completley home away from home. The quality of food is amazing, nice staff, and clean and lavish rooms. Huge property suggest all once stay here. Great stay

Hotel is good, room is comfortable, only need to upgrade washroom after sometime. Rest it is good if you wish to stay near hussainganj (or station road)

The facilities were nice as per cost. A few improvements could be made in terms of briefing on the first day to the guest. The food taste was amazing.
