Very bad behaviour off all staffs.. very rude.. they behave us like we are there servant.. everyday night they call at 12am to confirm when to checkout.. i suggest all dont stay here

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout especially the Receptionist madam. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. The location is near to KIMS which is why I chose this hotel at first place. I would consider staying here again in future.

Room was clean, the common area is decorative. Dinning table, utensinls are there where one can have food and beverages on their own. Kent RO purifier is there for unlimited water pouring. But they does not serve food. The guests has to make their own arrangements. The restaurants linked with it does not take order through intercom call from room. I had to go downstairs and order food entering their restuarant only.

I am a regular business traveller to bubhaneswar and always my choice would be shakuntala, they have water purifiers, affordable restaurant, neat bathrooms and good working AC, it is like a home

Nice and clean environment. Good staff behaviour and easily approachable. Place is also having good transport facilities.

THE HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST AT LOCATION. AFTER SERCHING FOR 3 HOURS EVEN THE HOTEL NO COMES NO RESPONSEI HAVE PUT A CLAIM OF RS 25 LACS

Good service. Staff are accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is provision to heat food. Bathrooms have hot water facility.

We stayed for 5 days with my family i like the homely feeling and very clean property, the staff are very good. The location is also very near to kiit and kim's hospital.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Overall clean rooms, good for quick and short stay. A bit far from station. Close to ion digital center.

Very friendly staff. Kitchen and dining area were kept neat all the time. Everyday room cleaning was good. Liked the common area and the artistic decorations all thru the hotel.

Service was not good, room service they have not provided, cleaning is not proper, tv has only free channel with local language that are uses-less

Excellent in all respect. Location is very good, as i visit to kit. Hotel amenities are well maintained. Behavior of manager and staffs are also very good. Food also can be arranged from attached hotel. So in all respect, staying in this hotel is excellent.
