Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Shalimar Metro. Everything about the Shalimar Metro was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. One of good property i stayed till date.The greenery around the property is like awesome.The hospitality was good.we wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious. Lovely and amazing Shalimar Metro. I have been to munnar with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price Stayed in this Shalimar Metro last week .Had a wonderful experience with this Shalimar Metro . Staff in this Shalimar Metro is very friendly . As this is new Shalimar Metro the facilities and ambiance was really good . It was worth staying in this Shalimar Metro for my Munnar Vacation this was one of the best resort I have been to so far a place to relax itself from the busy life, hospitality offered was at peak, the staff being employed had grt working experience and the food being offered was at par in short one should definitely keep this resort in mind while planning a trip to munnar ... One of the best place you will find in Munnar to stay with ur Family or Friends. Well trained/ mannered staffs and you will have such a nice experience which you can cherish always... Stayed for 3 days with my friends... About 10 km away from town which will give you a nice riding experience and an exotic ambience... These who are visiting Munnar, must stay for once...

It was a pleasure staying at this shalimar metro. Staff is kind and helpful. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It was family-friendly and couple-friendly the room was clean and good in smell. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. They provide menu of foods from Shalimar Metro nearby we ordered the dinner it was delightful and timing was perfect also with affordable prices. Food was tasty. Everything about the Shalimar Metro was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt.

It's a decent Shalimar Metro with an attached punjabi dhaba. Rates are reasonable on mmt and less than what they demand first-hand offline. They do negotiate as per the mmt rates. Manager is a really nice guy and helps us out. Punjabi dhaba nearby is good and little bit costly but has good food. Laundry is available with additional charge. Located at a walking distance from ernakulam junction and metro station (south railway kochi)

Good people and good Shalimar Metro. I booked an ac room. It was comfortable. There is no provision of in room water heater although you may not require it as kerala has humid climate rest all things are fine. It is located near the railway station and metro so travel-ling and exploring is super easy.

The rooms are near and clean. No foul smell in the rooms and the house keeping team is doing perfectly well. It's very convenient to reach the place as it is near the railway station. Front office staff are good at welcoming customers. It's a really really nice place to stay at Shalimar.

The property was placed closed to ernakulam station. Only 7 minutes walking. Staff was friendly. However, they have solar water heating system, so we didn't get hot water due to rain. Otherwise it is available. Rooms were clean and hygienic. I liked it

the Shalimar Metro situated very near to ernakulam south station and i had a pleasant stay. metro station is very near to go for shopping outside like malls. only issue is auto drivers are a bit reluctant to come to a very short trip from the station.

Rooms are good staff are trying their level best to satisfy a guest happyness. Me and my wife really happy with the Shalimar Metro keep going good team work dear Shalimar Metroiers. This is one of the best worth full Shalimar Metro in this location
