We went for amenities advertised in the make my trip and there is no clear maintained that the amenities are not for dooms only for bed, is good for solo but not for group.

My experience at Shalom Backpackers Jaipur was very disappointing. I booked a female-only dormitory, but the property placed me in a mixed dorm with 4 boys and 4 girls, which is unsafe and completely different from what was shown while booking. Even after complaining, the staff said that the next day the room would have 6 boys and only 2 girls, which is unacceptable for a female traveler. This shows poor management and zero consideration for guest safety.

We stayed in a 4-bed dorm room with a private washroom, and it was cozier than we expected. The place felt like home, and the cafe upstairs offered stunning views of Jaipur. I'd definitely recommend it to others!

Check-in was smooth and efficient. However, there was no assistance provided to my bed, and despite booking a month in advance, I was allotted an upper bunk. The luggage drawer was broken and couldn’t be locked, which was inconvenient. Hot water was difficult to access, and the switchboard lacked proper labels. Overall, the stay was average and could be improved with better maintenance and guest support.

The location was good, the property managers and staff are friendly and have a good idea of local travel spots and hacks. But the rooms are moderately maintained in terms of amenities. looks like a cost cutting ! no mirrors in the room, one has to get ready in the common washroom/ area. No individual locker facility in beds. Even the room does not have proper lock. if it is winter it's fine, but embrace yourselves because the AC is weak and there are no wall mount fans.
