The sink in my room was clogged I got a call from hotel for wrong charge in mini bar accusing of I’m using extra whisky bottle even though I never used and confirmed then by not using

The best property in Delhi . The breakfast was too good and tea was amazing . 5 star for cleanliness. Very central location so close to everything .

The rooms are beautiful but the staff seems to be over loaded.. One lady at the “ Mister Chai” , Ms Kanika gave a very sad experience in attending one of the complaint.. Not only one person but the overall staff seems to be busy and not interested kind of.. Just a next door hotel, Le Meriden has completely opposite hospitality.. Stayed in both the properties in a gap of 15 days and felt the difference easily

ambience is good food is tasty .so many choice for food .swiming pool also neat and clean . I am fully satisfaction

Shanghai-La has always been an excellent brand of Hospitality, be it India or abroad, they never fail to disappoint, the service here at New Delhi was impeccable, the location, the quick check in, the staff were all spot on. Loved it will come back for sure.

The dinner took more than an hour to come saying it was wrongly delivered to another room . Asked for masala khichadi but instead masala chai was sent . A voucher of 2500 was there which was not allowed to be used for room service rather only for restaurant. Stayed there so many times but can’t believe that it’s gone down to this extent. While checking in I was told that a welcome drink is being sent which never arrived.

I had an awesome experience.. it’s on a very prime location..Me & my husband loved its buffet dinner & a lavish breakfast..it was my birthday 🎁 they prepared our bed beautifully & kept a delicious cake also.. Thanks to all the staff of Shangri la for a warm welcome & making my day so special 💝
