Staff in restaurant could be better and polite... The person who takes the order. Room service staff was very good. Good SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL to stay if you are planning to stay in Kushalnagar. But this area is far from Madikeri and Nagarhole which are the actual attraction of Coorg. Otherwise if you are ready to travel and have 3-4 days in your hand then this SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL is good. It is In the middle of main market you get lots of shops, restaurant, Movie hall. Also, good breakfast is served with variety of dishes. They have a good menu of there own as well.

I stayed with my family for one night. I booked through makemytrip. Com. My experience was great for my limited stay. The room was clean, the service was good The bed was comfy, enough blankets were provided The SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL is conveniently located on the highway. Closed roof parking was available Clean toilet with water heater Restaurant is available, the food was good but slightly on the expensive side Check-in and check-out experience was smooth No negative points as such

Good place for short stay. Ample parking space, easy to access the tourist places. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean cozy bed, dressing table, TV was good and was working fine, so our kids were happy. Cleanliness need to be improved. The floor was not looking cleaned properly, it was slippery, on asking they told it is washed with chemicals Though washed with whatever, at the end it should not turn slippery . Other than that all was fine for us.

The room is located in Kushalnagar town at decent place. I booked room Rs. 8k for 2 nights, which is too costly for this place. Room is clean and service is OK. There's a nice restaurant with the SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL with good food. If you feel this restaurant food is not good, outside it's worse. Overall it's a nice place compare to other SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTELs, but good if you get this at lesser price.

Has booked the SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL for my year end vacation at Coorg. The SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL was good situated on the first floor above city centre mall. Has a good restaurant serving good north Indian food. We were served welcome drinks on arrival with a plate of fruits given as complimentary. The room was neat and clean. For shopping and other necessities, all were available on ground floor.

I stayed one night with family. Hotel is located in City Centre of Keisha Nagar town and its perfect location. - Room was clean and spacious, but it was little old. - 24/7 Hot water. - Parking place under the SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL. - Food was good at restaurant but its costly and several SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTELs nearby. - No Electric kettles available to boil drinking water.

I stayed two days with wife nice exp. The SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL is nice and clean budgeted SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL. I recommend this SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL those who wants to stay in khushalnagar and see Coorg place. Attached bites SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL nice had breakfast there hygienic and good taste. Cons is Room size is small.

The location of the SHANTHI CASTLE INTERNATIONAL PREMIUM HOTEL is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and definitely a "value for money" offering. The staff can be a little more proactive and don't have to expect the customer to tell them what is obvious. Eg. If we ask for an extra bed, it also means an extra set of pillow and bedsheet. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. MMT made is easier.

This place was value for money. At less than Rs. 1500 got complementary breakfast and free upgrade and had good parking space. Located within a mini shopping complex you have quick access to super market. Not sure if this place has Wi-Fi.

Good stay but not good localities

Room are neat and clean but food is very costly

Hotel is only 100m away from Keisha Nagar bus stop. There is a big supermarket at the ground floor. Service was good at a reasonable price. They arranged cab for me for sight seeing for 2 days. 2600/- for Coorg trip and 1600/- for Keisha Nagar trip. Hotel staff were very well behaved and very friendly.

Room haven't fan, not good to see a room washroom is dirty

This Hotel rooms more spacious and well cleaned with no disturbances and service is too good, everyone can enjoy their holidays in this Hotel.

Excellent, restaurant food was the best part

Rooms are bit small, But all maintained. Cleanliness is better. Room service was good. Hotel ambience is nice. Food was good. Location is awesome, its near to Calangute beach I. E walkable distance. Swimming pool was there, but could be at a better position. Location of swimming pool can be better as ot is in between restaurant and canteen.
