Plesant stay, cordial staff, nice breakfast , best location, Centre of city with all provisions like supermarket just below the hotel, eateries around, best stay for family or friends at Kushalnagar, all together wonderful holiday experience.

Dirty rooms.

hotel shanti international doesn't have even local hotel quality.Room is somewhat ok but the toilet is terrible & pathetic look, and washroom in inhouse restaurant area looks the same pathetic look & unhygienic,overall below average experience

I booked a club room but they alloted standard woth bad condition room afyer charging for club room

The stay was quite average and did not meet international standards. I recommend skipping the breakfast, as it’s only worth about and can be purchased locally, saving you from paying through MakeMyTrip. The room was clean but had too many mosquitoes. For the same price, you might find a better accommodation option.

Location of the property is good. Rooms are so spacious but the Air Conditions, TV is not working, room services are very bad, no intercom facilities, food is average staffs are good behaviour

It was an average experience. Not worth the money paid. The staffs are friendly but overall the rooms are not very hygienic. The sofa looked lime it was not cleaned for ages

no hand wash liquid or toilet paper, cockroach was there, so much suffocation, no air ventilation, parking was terrible, bathroom door handle was not working, window lock was broken, mosquito was there

Booked for 2 nights, the property location is good. However below average maintenance with the rooms being less clean, roaches inside the room. Had issue with no Wi-Fi and even put in complaints 3-4 times eventually ended up using my mobile data allowance. Not worth the price.

Our stay was generally pleasant. However, we encountered a few minor issues: Phone Malfunction: The phone in the room was not working, which made it difficult to contact reception when needed. TV Channel Subscription: The TV lacked a channel subscription, meaning there were no channels available for viewing. While not a major concern for us, it was disappointing for our child who was hoping to watch some children's programs. Aside from these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice pleasant stay. Hotel right in the market place & near to all tourist locations. Breakfast can be improved.

Very nice ambiance in room and hotel and food also good in taste. In future i will recommend to stay to my family and friends hotel has spacious car parking and easily accessible for any shopping or any other requirements

Hotel location is very good and middle of kushalnagar. Food and room was average. You will feel like guest house not international hotel as per name.

One of the best budget friendly hotel, very much accessible to places. Good parking space, the staffs were well mannered and attentive also served us patiently with a smile. Thanks to mr. John. Complementary breakfast buffet can be improved, and overall good experience for the short stay.
