Stay was ok, thankgod I got ground floor room... being senior citizen, requested to give... though they allotted 1 floor... climbing stairs was difficult. Morning hot water was not there... Had to complain... they opened neighbor room, n allowed to use only bathroom..

Wen we called for location( mobile) unable to get help... Roamed around 30 minutes@midnight. ...in search. No lifts... No hot water.. Flush not good.

The room was ok and decently clean . Bathroom windows were transparent and had to be covered with towels . Hot water was not available and staff arranged by buckets . Staff was cooperative.

We had booked double room online and made payment before our arrival. When we arrived for check in the entire reception area was under maintenance and had to enter the premises through congested rear side. I will not recommend this premises to anybody as nothing positive we found, except the location.

Inspite of booking and also paying in advance we are provided with unacceptable room and we had to negotiate for getting the room changed. Those who were coming aafresh without advance booking were provided with good room. We also observed that there was no difference between the advance booking and instant room bookers for the room charges per day.

I'm not happy with the stay @ shanti comforts. There is air at all in the room and bathroom since there is no window in the bathroom and no mesh window in the hall. It was a horrible experience.

Smell in room and the charged high price also, i was booked ac they said that it is non ac and taken extra price for ac. Not good not recommended. Not at all satisfied, towels and glasses are not hygienic, especially for family not recommended, stains and bedsheets.
