Honestly not a pleasant experience, also the property charges 10% extra for in-room dining. They do have music at the pool but do not willingly play during the pool hours. Even after requesting to play the music they are reluctant. The property charges extra 10% for in-room dining and also they are reluctant to play the music at the pool side. Even after several requests the music is not played.

everything was perfect..all the staff were very well behaved..foods was delicious..I have a kid of 7yrs..They have made so tastey and non spicy food for my child..the view from the room and balcony was excellent..the enviourent was good.. we have enjoyed a lot..

We stayed for 2 days..room was good and spacious. However all the other rates are really expensive. Staffs working at reception are rude and non-cooperating. We tried to book the dome which was non ac .. we were booking it for Birthday and asked to decorate it in 500 rs which is few balloons and ribbons. They refused it and said they have decoration starting from 1500. While inquiring on the same another staff at reception informed that the decoration charge starts from 2000. They have no rate cards for that. We did not book the dome finally.. everything was ridiculously high.. they did not give any onion also in sides and asked us to order salad which is again 120 plus GST..

Food was awesome, the room was excellent. The staff are very polite and cooperative. Ambiance was too good.

Very below average stay. I felt as if I am staying at hostel, as because, 1)we have to pay for any bar services in advance 2)We have to give explanation as why we need extra plates and glasses in room. 3) WELCOME DRINKS NOT PROVIDE VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. FOR EVERYTHING YOU ORDER WILL TAKE ATLEAST HALF AN HOUR. STAFF ARE NOT COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. MANY MORE TO SAY BUT MAIN POINTS ARE POINTED. SHORT AND SIMPLE "NAAM BADE DARSHAN CHOTE

Had pretty comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sea view rooms provide an impeccable view of the ocean. Pool is well maintained. Sea view rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and come with all amenities. Ample parking space in the property. Although the property is not located near Mandarmani market, but it is recommended for people who are looking for some quiet gateway. Beach is accessible directly from property. However there were multiple load sheddings throughout the day, although there is power backup but these power switch overs were noisy and disrupted sleep. And the balcony lights didn't work in the particular room we were staying at. But the lawn light and roaring sea made up for it. But the bar prices were extremely surged.

The location of the hotel is good but the food is made in dalda and did not taste good at all. we could not eat and had to frequently travel outside to eat as food is not allowed inside. current frequently went off in the night of our last day's stay but generator services were quick. 2/5.

Our stay at Shanti Seaview Mandarmani was overall pleasant. The hotel staff were courteous and made efforts to ensure a comfortable stay, even though the service was a bit delayed at times due to full occupancy. The view from our room was lovely, offering a serene and refreshing sight of the sea. Food was okay but could have been better in terms of taste and variety. Given that this is a popular weekend getaway destination, it would have been great to have a dedicated playroom or indoor recreation area for kids and families, which was missing. Overall, it’s a decent place for a quick beach getaway, with a few areas that could be improved for a more complete experience.

We are frequent travelers, both domestically and internationally, and this is the first time we have experienced such a distressing and disappointing stay. We had booked two suite rooms – 1008 and 4061 – during our recent visit. While Room 1008 was satisfactory, Room 4061 was absolutely unacceptable and should not be classified or sold as a suite under any circumstance. It is disgracefully located on the terrace amidst all the external AC units, which created unbearable noise throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the AC in the room was not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortable and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. The room itself was surrounded by a plain cemented terrace floor with no aesthetic value or soundproofing, which only amplified the discomfort. Frankly, this space is uninhabitable, let alone deserving of the title "suite." We strongly urge you to take immediate action and permanently remove Room 4061 from your inventory. Even offering this room free of cost would be an insult to guests. No one should be subjected to such substandard conditions. We expect a formal response to this complaint and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable experience.

Our trip to Mandarmoni was great. Since I took my dog along a pet friendly hotel was must. Shanti seaview resort was thus the ideal choice. We had a fantastic view of the sea from our room. And the food was excellent. Overall a great trip

Best resort budget friendly and staff behaviour is very nice. I think this Resort is nice.
