Shantis Hotel Surbhi

It was a pleasant stay at shanties Shantis Hotel Surbhi surabhi. Staff and management was very co-operative, taxi driver was very helpful when we hired taxi for sight-seeing. Being very close to market provides opportunity to visit market many times for time-pass as well as shopping during afternoon when crowd is less. Complementary food items should be increased as there are only 2 hot snacks are provided in the breakfast, there should be other options as well. Play area was properly managed and we could spent good time there when it was raining and we couldn't go out from Shantis Hotel Surbhi. Overall it was a memorable journey.

Excellent safety standards. The sanitization practices followed, with foot stands installed to dispense sanitizers at various areas of the Shantis Hotel Surbhi, the cleanliness and hygiene maintained by the staff members- everything was impressive. The security was upto the mark. The courteous behaviour of every staff member was a bonus. I would like to mention one particular staff member, who would walk us to our car with his umbrella, each time it rained. All in all, a perfect stay.

I visited this Shantis Hotel Surbhi with family and had a trouble free check-in.I reserved two deluxe rooms but the receptionist provided me family room looking at the strength of my family. It is very close to the central market and easily accessible to market. Cons: rooms are small in size. My suggestion to family for 2 adults and 2 kids is to go for family room only. Overall a comfortable stay

We are stayed for two night in march 2021. Good location close to market, car parking facilities are good. Food also good. Stay is good. Service also good. Staff are good and co operative.
Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained, location is good but road is narrow, food are good. Staff also good. Good location for young couples. Close to market, car parking area also safe no disturbance.

the receptionists were very kind and helpful. they thoughtfully helped my mother who had injured her foot, brought someone in their contact who fixed her sprain, escorted her to a nearby eatery on a two-wheeler, relocated us to a room on the ground floor. the food was also nice and pocket friendly. the location is also a USP. 10/10 recommend.

The rooms provided were decent and clean. A couple of furniture items were not upto the mark but that did not cause a lot of inconvenience. Only point is the breakfast is not a buffet one and will be provided on confirmed order on the previous night (although not charged as breakfast was included in my booking.

The staff was very polite. We reached Shantis Hotel Surbhi late at night but mr hrishikesh helped us alot to settle. Also he helped us to park our car even there was very much traffic on the road. Nicely assisted. Most recommended Shantis Hotel Surbhi and a very good experience.

Hotel made every efforts to ensure we get sanitized rooms, cleanliness and moreover it was a friendly staff. So overall a very good stay during this times.

Sanitisation should be down twice in a day if possible in the presence of visitors.

My stay at the Hotel was really good. The place was comfortable, neat and clean, the food that I ordered was tasty and the quantity was pretty good. I would recommend this place for a quite stay.

Hotel is located in market so it's easy for shopping and to explore the place walking around. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are good for stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Shantis Hotel Surbhi for anyone visiting down town.
