The property is in a great location. The view from all the rooms is absolutely mesmerizing, very scenic, beautiful. The rooms are not kept well, very old rooms, no service for refreshments or breakfast or snacks, room needs a lot of maintenance, and requires new bedsheets and other toiletries.Overall, the experience was decent because the view from the room was pleasant enough to oversee other disappointments.

The balcony was not clean… food was not available but they gave us tea and coffee, which was not up to the mark… the view from the room was the saving grace… it has splendid view… however the photos in the listing and actual room are different.. overall a below average experience…

Our stay at Hotel Sharayu in Panchgani was truly memorable! The property is serene, clean, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the surrounding hills. A special shout-out to Kiranbhai, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, and the view from the hotel is truly amazing. The stay was comfortable, and the hotel management was very helpful and polite. However, there is still room for improvement. Adding a food service and taking a few more steps in terms of facility management would enhance the guest experience even more. One of the great things about this hotel is its proximity to key attractions like Parsi Point and Table Land. Would recommend it for a peaceful and scenic stay.

The room and the surroundings was not clean. They had spiders and cockroaches everywhere. There's no house keeping. In the two days we were there the resort people didn't even come and check on us atleast once. Room was not cleaned during our entire stay. They didn't even come to empty the dustbin or clean the room even once. The chairs, tables, everything is dirty. The surroundings are also not maintained properly

I had booked a room for 2 adults+2 kids. Receptionist Kiran Salunke allocated a room that was way too small. We could hardly walk after the additional bed was added to the room. On enquiring ₹500 was demanded for a spacious room.
