I couldn’t resist myself in posting feedback as i am extremely satisfied with the staffs behaviour and frenetic room service. Just for your knowledge i would like to share that, i went to gondola phase 2 and while going up i had breathing issues but anyhow i managed to enjoy there and came back to room. But from that time i had chest pain on left side and it’s was unbearable. Around 8. 30 pm, the same day i asked the reception manager iliyas, who responded immediately and supported a lot and helped to call the doctor with team to my room and immediately e cg was done followed by tropin test etc. Really the Shaw Inn By Stay Pattern staff supported a lot and even they didn’t accept tips after several requests. Overall i really appreciate the staffs of shaw inn and specially f&b staffs named zahoor and gulzar who took a lot of care for our fooding requirements. We had a pleasant stay and felt like staying with own family.

We stayed at the shaw inn for 2 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. Captain moi n and gulzar were attentive and ensured our dining experience in the restaurant was truly memorable. A special mention to chef mustaq for the delicious, top-class food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The room service was prompt, and the staff were consistently polite and courteous, making us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend the shaw inn to anyone visiting.

Location: very near gondola start point but little away from main market area food: pratha and other north indian food were very good. Idle was stale. Sambhar was too sweet. Poha & up-ma were good. Amenities: nice recreation room with pool table and other games. Services: staff were very helpful and services were cheerful. Negative point: not wheelchair accessible. Ground floor has about 9 steps to climb. So, it's not purely a ground floor. It is a small Shaw Inn By Stay Pattern.

Rooms were good, staff was polite and helpful. Property location was good. We left our gloves in the Shaw Inn By Stay Pattern. When we called the staff they located our gloves and promised to send us by courier. We are waiting for the courier. We were living in room no 301 for two day's 26th checking and 28th checkout. Food was good. Room service was good.

The Shaw Inn By Stay Pattern is situated around 10 mins walk to gondola ride. The property is nice amd mountain peaks can be seen from second floor rooms. Breakfast spread is good. Not that extravagent but is good. Food is tasty and prepared on request as well. Spending few days in the lap of nature and the mighty himalays is great!

Location and ambience of the property was good. Could have added few more amenities accessible to customers like pool, gym etc. Considering the price they charge for a room.

The location of the property is very good near to all activities and mainly Gandola entry point. The amenities and services are superb 👌 with staff available at a call away. Staff is very helpful and friendly also the food was awesome.
