familyHotel owner tousif bhai is very helpful and he arranged for a horse ride which starts right from his hotel and covers many amazing places. By the way room hygenicity and cleanliness is good. Food is excellent like home good. Overall it’s a complete and good experience to stay over there. I recommend to stay here and the staff is very helpful. Will visit again

We booked in hotel sheikh royal hayat. But we were told that it is not empty and rooms were given in another hotel desert heaven. Where rooms were very small and the blanket was stinking badly

There is no electric cattle in the room, despite cold. Parking issue, narrow lanes and remote area. No attendant though cook is good. Small room, one small table and chair, insects in almirah. Location was in narrow lane, hospitality was good with nice breakfast.

The overall stay was good, rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds and blankets were comfortable. Kitchen facility was outside and not up to par with the rest of the accommodation. The kitchen should be inside and neat and clean for the guests to use.

Sheik royal hay-at is a great place to stay over in the city of pahalgam. It has good facilities, clean, wide and furnished rooms, excellent staff and location is not far from the main city market. I totally recommend this place to any traveller who'd like to travel and stay in pahalgam. The host mr tauseef is great, honest and humble guy and made my stay easy an comfortable.
