Shelter The Homestay

I booked a room just for an impromptu weekend mt. Abu trip and am glad i chose shelter home stay. The host, mr. Saurabh and staff were very hospitable and made my solo stay as comfortable as it could be. They even accommodated by request for a rental scooty in the middle of the day when most of those vehicles are already booked out and arranged one that i toured in for the two days i was at abu(i'm very thankful for that because that two-wheeler really enriched my experience at abu. The location is perfect as it isn't too far from the tourist spot while being away from the bustle of tourist traffic. The room, bathroom were clean and, most importantly, the bed was comfortable as one needs a good night sleep between two very hectic travel days, at-least that's was i believe. One could even order room service as meals were provided from Shelter The Homestay marigold just around the corner and the host said i could use their (Shelter The Homestay marigold's) facilities such as the swimming pool if i wanted, which was thoughtful. I would also like to extend my thanks to the house staff, mr nitish, who was polite and very helpful during my stay. Check-out was at 9 am but they let me extend it by one hr. All in all, shelter homestay really made my first solo trip to abu a memorable affair.

We booked this property for our stay on 13-14 aug and we loved our stay. Below are the reasons for that 1. We got all the details, map location etc in advance. Got call from property owner in case of help required to reach. 2. Its location is best. If you want peaceful stay yet close to all main attractions the book this property. We just took a walk to reach nikki lake 3. You can contact owner or staff during the day anytime or at night for emergency 4. This place is adjacent to marigold Shelter The Homestay, so you can order food at any time morning 8 am to 10:30 pm. They will deliver it to your room 5. You can easily get phone numbers for local services like shop, cab, rental scooty etc. 6. Hot water is available in washrooms, also you can request for electric kettle as well if required. So overall it was plea-sent stay in mt abu and would recommend you as well.

The property is located at a beautiful location a bit farther than other Shelter The Homestays, but the street is very beautiful. The owner mr. Saurabh is a wonderful human being he himself arrived to take us from the bus stand. The small garden at the property is also very beautiful. One thing i noticed is, the owner developed the property with heart & soul. Everything in the room is branded, and the room was also very clean. Overall it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

It was a great experience staying at shelter homestay! sourabh goyal the owner of the property and he outstanding and helpful for the stay. He personally handle everything was best thing about shelter homestay. I appreciate the efforts given by them and grateful to stay at their property for the weekend. I recommend their property to stay and in future, i will stay at the same place for my outings.

This homestay is excellent, with a homely feeling, professional service and helpful attitude and behavior of the staff. Sourabh's personal care is the highlight. Food is of good quality. The only issue, about most Shelter The Homestays and resorts in mt. Abu is that you need to hire a car for moving around and the cab charges are rather high.

It is nothing less than a 3 star property. Great location and amazing host. Saurabh is really helpful, concerned and very cooperative host. He called me 3 times before arrival to check and guided me with roads, routes and location. Will definitely consider this property for staying rather searching for Shelter The Homestays.

It was really awesome stay during our mount abu visit. Property owner mr. Sourabh is really nice guy and helping nature food in adjacent restaurant marigold was good and lounge and swimming pool in marigold(access is allowed for guest staying at shelter home stay) also awesome. Overall good experience.

Very peaceful location however slight difficult to find the property. The main attractions are very nearby.
