Had an amazing stay at Shelton Blu Resort By Mango People! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was cozy and clean, with a lovely view. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

The Resort was beyond our expectations. We were couples and the resort ensured that we did not feel uncomfortable about any single bit. The staff were very courtiers and prompt. The food was excellent or I must say beyond excellent. The rooms were very hygienic and well maintained. We were on EP plan but still the GM Mr Parcha offered us complementary breakfast and tea. The lawn and the swimming pool in the morning felt so refreshing. The Mountain View from our room was breath taking. Overall a fantastic stay at a fantastic resort at such affordable prices at the main Dhikuli Area. A seven ⭐️ from us. Thanks MMT to list such value for money resorts.

very worst experience rooms condition was very bad manager was very rude

it was an average stay at a resort .. Staff was good in atitude but delays a lot. They took almost 2 hours to prepare Dinner..., Rooms were also not fully prepared and cleaned.., Beds were also not comfortable., The level doesn't Match the price., Overall it was an average stay.., They need to work on timing and room

Pathetic experience. No light No water in washroom, pictures shown of rooms and resorts are not true. Rooms are like small boxes and Poor service no one give clear answer to questions. Don’t go there

very poor ac back up , a non branded 1.5 T ac installed for a big family room with 2 double beds , spent the entire night sleepless as there's no cooling. Service is very poor and available only for very limited hours .Please avoid it, especially if planning a family trip. No value for money.

Overall experience is okish. One thing that can be approved is customer service. Staff is quite rude and unprofessional. And number of staff is also less. Room quality is good.

Very small room and washroom and very narrow staircase and no lift. Overall not good experience in terms of cleanliness

Horrible experience, no proper parking facility, the condition of room was so terrible, door lock broken, dim light in the room. Temperature of Ac was fixed, no remote was provided, staff was also not cooperating. Condition of washroom was so poor, it was smelling a lot, room freshner was provided although but still we can’t sleep because of the drainage smell. Sink was also broken, breakfast was included in the room but was not worth it. All over the experience was not good it spoiled my mood. Not recommended.pictures attached

the property is old and far from what it seems to be, in house restaurant is charging 40 for a 1 litre bisleri bottle and 12% gst on food served. apart from pool and lawn nothing to be called resort. small and old rooms. pathetic experience

Food is good but rooms and there bathroom is not good at this price

Staff did not cooperate at all. we had confirmed early check in for 1 room but the manager misbehaved with us when we reached there.

The swimming pool was dirty, the power was irregular, the food order took way too much time, and was short staffed.. And no access to the river..

A perfect example of what is displayed on online platform is seldom true to what it actually is. The rooms were mediocre, Air conditioning was inadequate, cleanliness of rooms was also not good. And what to day about the available staff members. Pathetic service and extremely delayed response. Had no clue on what to say and how to respond to every/any query raised by us. My kids had to sleep with empty belly as the dinner was not available at the property and they were unable to arrange that too from outside. Overall a very bad experience. Would like to rate 1.5/5 stars

I had a very disappointing experience. The amenities and services were far below expectations. The rooms and bed sheets were not cleaned properly, and basic hygiene items like a dental kit were not provided—even after multiple follow-up calls. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest needs is unacceptable.

Accomodation was good location was avarage and facilities was very poor

The food is tasty with good options for both veg and non-veg.

The staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to help.
