Water was not there in bathroom, Telephone was not working. Bedsheet had holes.

Good view provided basic amenities , online , food was average and good quality

I visit this hotel every time whenever I come to chamba. It's location is very beautiful. You can see all the chamba city from here. Good food and good room service.

I booked the 'Family room' in the hotel. The stay was amazing. The owner of the property, Mr Pankaj is quite cooperative and understand the need of guests. Pros- - Property is very clean and well maintained - Rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. Washrooms are clean. -Food is very delicious and hygiene is taken care of (it is little far from city around 20-30 mins drive so better to book food along with room). - The view is very beautiful as hotel is on hill (view from family room is spell bounding) Cons- - little far from city (it is a positive point if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from city) - if travelling with elderly please call and check at hotel for rooms at lower floor as there is no lift and stairs are not so comfortable Overall I rate this hotel 5/5. It made my stay memorable.

It was an amazing stay. A beautiful view of chamba valley in the morning made our day. The staff was so cooperative and humble.

The hotel was very unhygienic and staff was also very ignorant. There are flies all over the room and washroom were also in very bad condition.

Hotel is very much friendly and service is also very good, I have good experience with this hotel and the breakfast is also very much tasty.

Bad experience. Dirty bedsheets. Leakage in bathroom. Booked deluxe room however they have given basic room. Food was also not good.

यह होटल चम्बा से लगभग 8 किलोमीटर पीछे मंगला गांव में ही है। प्योर वेज के लिए चम्बा में एक मात्र न्यू लाइट भोजनालय है जो चम्बा पोस्ट ऑफिस के पास है। एक दुकान इडली डोसा की लक्ष्मी नारायण मंदिर के पास है। हमारे स्टे के दौरान चम्बा बंद होने के कारण यह खुली नहीं थी। स्नैक्स के लिए ग्रोवर शेक्स (shakes) कॉर्नर भी एक विकल्प है। शाम को होटल की छत से शानदार व्यू का अवलोकन किया जा सकता है। सर्विसेज और स्टाफ अच्छा है। चम्बा से दूर होने थोड़ा सा अखरता है किन्तु बाज़ार की चिल्लपों से बचाव भी है। सामने के खेतों की पगडंडियों में वॉक करना आनंददायक है।

Stay was average. Room was not tidy enough, and the amenities mentioned while booking were not there, such as, electric kettle. Though the food was good, the service was pathetic. It took around an hour everytime for delivery. For the services offered, I would conclude that the booking was overpriced.

Shepherd hills resort has a beautiful view of mountains and chamba city. One can enjoy a quite and peaceful stay. Staff is so humble, room service and food quality is good.

Super clean room and best food with amazing view

This was a terrible experience hotel was in chamba. Mmtc show it is 10 km from gagal. I reached 10 pm gagal to find out hotel is 3 hr drive from gagal. Booking was not refunded. Thanks to mmtc rules. Pols check hotel location on google map before booking

no hustle bustle during check in and check out everything was so smooth , service was quick, view, staff , cleanliness everything was upto the mark❤️ and I would like to appreciate taste of foood it was amazing 😍😍😍
