Good hotel. It was nice . The buffet was good . The pillows could have been better ..! Not better than taj..!

Very small room. Breakfast buffet variety at best average. Sluggish, low responsive, unattentive staff during breakfast servings.

The staff at the dinner buffet is very unprofessional and made me wait for 10mins standing for the cheque after dinner

We went to the property for a staycation and the expeience was amazing. The package included, 3 meals and a spa. The staff was extra courteous and the room really nice. We even got a free upgrade and a late checkout, which was super helpful. The property is in the financial district so no great views to offer but the location is great and the room itself was super comfortable and fixtures were high quality. The bathtub was luxurious and well stocked with salts and towels. The 30 minute spa with Supriya was the highlight of the stay. Of the two restaurants that we tried, Feast was better. The breakfast and lunch spread was amazing. We tried the set menu at Zenga for dinner, the ambience was a bit odd for an Asian place because of the party music. The service was exceptional throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a staycation.

We had an amazingly good stay at this property! Front Office Manager Abhishek Sharma is an of epitome of excellence when it comes to customer centric service! Under his leadership, his team members like Saqib and Ravi ensure the stay in Hyderabad Marriott is memorable for the guests! I had chosen lake view room and it did deliver a magnificent view of Hussain Sagar lake! I would definitely recommend this property and this team!

This is a great property & very near to the US consulate ( 10-12 mins walking). It has some coffeeshops & restaurants around it. The food is very good & service is excellent. It has a multi cuisine restaurant, 'Feast' & a pan asian restaurant, Zega. It has a swimming pool & a Gym as well. Rooms are spacious & are serviced very well. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The place is clean, well maintained and sophisticated, although the rooms are not very spacious. The food menu is very limited. Over all a 3.5/5

Property is decent. And they claim that they have given me a new room. But it had water leaking from the roof. I slipped and fell down and hurt my knee and had to call for help. This is a pathetic experience in a supposedly 5 star famous chain of hotels

Have always stayed at Sheraton Hyderabad whenever need to be in office, most recently for a couple of nights in May. The experience, as always was quite relaxing due to the helpful staff, and the stay was enjoyable with excellent in-room dining services.

Stay was excellent . Service is fast . Had a wonderful experience. Nikhil from front desk received us very well and comfortably . From check in to check out we had a very smooth stay . Worth spending money

My stay at Sheraton Hyderabad. The location of the hotel in the financial district and walking distance to the US Consulate is unbeatable. Best for those on a business trip to the area or for US Visa interviews. Rooms are clean and spacious, restaurants are very good, the bar is fantastic & the spa/pool in the mezzanine is superb! Staff are effiecient, courteous and very polite. 5 Stars all the way! Highly recommended!

Excellent on all parameters. Loved our one bedroom apartment exoerience, a very good concept by marriott (sheraton) group. I have book all meals stay and the chefs manoj, vijay & amarnath made sure that all our meals were mouth watering. Very friendly & helpful l staff.
