Sheraton Hyderabad

Overall it was great. Calm, quiet and without any hassles. They did not have a smoking room as requested by me through email sent by me a few days in advance. Big issue for me. They asked me to upgrade to a costlier option and asked me to pay the difference. I refused to pay extra for i did not require a bigger option but only a smoking room. They immediately solved it by offering me a complimentary upgrade. I accepted. I had to wait about 10 -15 minutes for the room to be ready. The upgrade was great as it was a studio apartment with kitchenette equipped with essential cookware and plates and cutlery. Two tvs instead of one and a full size refrigerator. So a critical issue was resolved to my satisfaction within a short time. Besides the staff was courteous and helping. I did not use their other facilities much as i was busy. One more thing, sun-day was having lots of family type crowds but monday was calm again. So a very good business stay with no hassles which i needed. Cost wise a little on the higher side compared to similar other options but apart from that no issues. About safety. It appeared safe enough to me with checking at entrance and the lift only operational using room key. The security was not intrusive though. One small thing with the plumbing related to wash basin design was a bit irritating and i told them at the check out time and they appreciated it and assured me that it will be looked into as soon as possible. So overall a fine stay with comfort and peace.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at sheraton Sheraton Hyderabad during my trip to hyderabad. Overall, i had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Sheraton Hyderabad to other travelers. Upon arriving, i was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk who quickly checked me in and provided me with all the necessary information about the Sheraton Hyderabad's amenities and services. The lobby and common areas of the Sheraton Hyderabad were clean, modern, and welcoming. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities i needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and i appreciated the extra pillows and blankets provided. The bathroom was clean and stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the Sheraton Hyderabad's restaurant, which served delicious food and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Another great feature of the Sheraton Hyderabad was the rooftop pool and lounge area, which offered stunning views of the city skyline. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, i had a fantastic experience at sheraton hyderabad and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in hyderabad. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great amenities make this Sheraton Hyderabad a standout choice.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the hospitality, the staff are so polite and helpful Especially the Manager Vipul Bhosle was incredibly caring, attentive, generous and was helpful throught our stay . Highly Recommend for any kind of stay (family/couple/elders/children) If we have such kind of managers like Vipul Bhosle who can manage so well with his incredible skills to make visitors happy then no one can Stop themselves visiting this place. I loved the place and will visit once again. The dinner buffet was great with all kinds of varieties and was soo delicious 😋 even if something you feel missing in the item the cooks will come to your place and ask if they can make changes according to our will, that was the best one can do to satisfy the visitors. Over I rate 10/10 , Highly Recommended Place.

Though the Sheraton Hyderabad is rated as 5star. I could noted carry that impression that we stayed at a 5 star accommodation. I ordered for mutton biryani at 6 pm and they said it is sold out. My daughter wanted a texas burger but then she had to visit the wc mutiple times all through the night. The pillows were lumpy and my wife and daughter developed neck pain and had to go sleepless. As my daughter was appearing for ani important test that morning i stretched my budget and wanted to give my family a good experience. But sadly i failed thanks to sheraton.

We enjoyed our stay at sheraton hyderabad. Chef abhay was extremely kind and made us customized dishes in addition to the buffet. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly especially mr mark at the reception, they upgraded our room and it helped a lot with the child. The breakfast buffet spread is great with good variety, it beats the sheraton bangalore breakfast buffet. Big thanks to the whole team. Will surely visit again.

The Sheraton Hyderabad is very child friendly n good for both family n individuals. I am regular here and all the staff, chefs, housekeeping etc are very nice n helpful. The food is very good as well. The rooms are big n spacious. Most of all it’s the human touch and care which separates them from the rest. Will always be one of my favourites.

1. Clean rooms 2. Buffet is great. 10 on 10 for variety of food, 7/10 for taste and 10/10 for staff at buffet 3. Our package had complimentary 4 pint beer which they denied and later when i showed them booking details, they sent it. We were 2 people but there was only 1 toothbrush and despite the reminder, they didn’t send.

We had a very pleasant stay. The dining experience was undoubtedly wonderful, the spread, service and quality. Special mention to the spa and pool amenities. Very well maintained and hassle free. Would like to appreciate the entire staff ( in every department) for their prompt service. Thanks for all the hospitality.

Ambient setup, polite staff, quick room service and the breakfast spread was good. Rooms are spacious and in great condition; the only thing that could be improved would be the quality of in-room accessories - comb, shave gel, etc.

Hotel was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed financial district view from the room. I ordered kichadi from in-room dinning service which was super delicious. Perfect meal to end the day. Nice experience. Recommended for stay. Where is my discount?
